Well... We're missing the Big Gete robots from 6, Paragus from 8 and fat Janemba (there's no such thing as Janempa) from 12, so... we've got like 3 movies complete, we're missing Trunks "teen" or whatever his age was when Gohan was still alive from the special.

And damn it, I meant Zeiun. He's the guy who is killed by Lord Slug. He appears on the poster for the movie though and that's all that matters.

Regarding the movie/special characters, I don't see a need for a lot more of them. We have almost a full roster from the movies, minus the henchmen, which in a game like this is fine. In the movie, the henchmen may be needed so that all the warriors have someone to fight at the same time, but the gameplay here is always 1-vs-1. Tullece can defeat all the Z Senshi on his own, he doesn't need his cronies to keep 7 warriors off his back. Here is a run down of what could/should be needed from the movies, though I excluded all the ones that are completely finished, like movie 5.

Movie 1
Necessary characters: Garlic Jr. (Base, Transformed)
Other Characters: Kami
Reasons: Garlic Jr. is the villain of the movie, there doesn't really need to be a reason for him. lol Kami, I admit, would be a bit of a throw away character, but he would be pretty fun to play as IMO.
I'm not saying he is needed, but I wouldn't complain if they added him after tackling a few other main characters first. Plus it would give him his first playable appearance as far as I know.

Movie 2
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: None
Reasons: No characters from movie 2 are required. Since giant characters are not included, I see no reason to include the henchmen if the main villain is unable to join the fight.

Movie 3
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: None
Reasons: Tullece is already included, he covers all that is required IMO.

Movie 4
Necessary Characters: Lord Slug
Other Characters: None
Reasons: Main movie villain. That is all.

Movie 6
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: Gete Robot?
Reasons: Mecha Coola is covered. Coola's "real" body would be qualified as a giant and only appeared for a minuscule amount of time before being destroyed by Vegeta and Goku.
The robots aren't required, nor do I really want them, but they would be like a "Movie 6 Saiabaiman/Cell Jr." and their moves would probably be unique.

Movie 8
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: Paragus
Reasons: Broli has been covered since day one, and while I don't want or see a need for Paragus, some people seem to desire him...

Movie 9
Necessary Characters: Bujin, Bido, Gokua (Base, Transformed)
Other Characters: None
Reasons: I wouldn't typically want them in, but now that Zangya is in the game, and Coola has all his henchmen, it seems pointless not to include them. Zangya is kinda pathetic being the lone henchmen...

Movie 11
Necessary Characters: Bio Broli
Other Characters: None
Reasons: He's a main movie villain, come on. He doesn't need his own slot, he is just a goop version of "LSS" Broli, so make him a costume for that form.
The few sounds Broli does make are fine for him, and he can't revert to base while in this transformation so a "LSS" only costume works out pretty good.

Movie 12
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: Gogeta (Base)
Reasons: Fat Janenba is a giant, so too bad. We already have him in his devil form, and Paikuhan is in as well. No one else really needs to be covered.
I would like them to give Gogeta a base form despite it only showing up in the movie as part of a failed fusion.
It just seems weird to me that all Saiyans except Majin Vegeta, for obvious reasons, have a base form...

Movie 13
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: Tapion?
Reasons: With Hildegarn not being a possibility due to his giant size, I don't really see a reason to have anyone from the movie.
I guess you could have Tapion, but seems useless without the movie's big bad villain.

Special 1
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: None
Reasons: Bardock is in, Dodoria is in, Freeza is in...I see no need for anyone else. Bardock's team did nothing as their normal selves except die, so no need for them.
But If Spike does decide to add Selypa back in next game, I'd prefer the whole team come with her...

Special 2
Necessary Characters: None
Other Characters: Young Trunks (Base, Super Saiyan)?
Reasons: Special is covered enough IMO. Some people seem to want the younger version of Trunks, but I don't see the point. It'd be another Super Saiyan with half hearted moveset.
Trunks (Sword) or Trunks (Kid0 can be used and just make the special take place a few years earlier or a few years later.

Special 3 or 5...w/e
Necessary Characters: None
Other Charaters: None
Reasons: We have Hatchiyack, everyone else is from a previous movie. I guess you could include some of the minions or the robot from the original if it isn't in the new version, but seems like a waste of slots.

Special 4
Necessary Characters: Abo, Kado, Aka
Other Characters: None
Reasons: They are the villains of the movie and need to be included. Aka could be scaled down to around Broli/Hatchihyack size if necessary, since he is a new character that wouldn't be a problem for me.

So to sum it up for anyone who didn't feel like reading it.
Required Characters: Garlic Jr. (Base, Transformed), Lord Slug, Bujin, Bido, Gokua (Base, Transformed), Bio Broli (Costume), Abo, Kado, Aka

Mecha Freeza could be a costume. I can see why Metal Cooler and Majin Vegeta wouldn't make since as costumes though.

Never did I say that the henchmen are required characters over anyone. I explained my only reason for grouping Bojacks cronies with the required group. I don't want henchmen to begin with, but if they are going to include one, they might as well include the whole group. To me, picking only Zangya out of the other 3 as a playable fighter is like telling us that out of all of Freeza's forms, only his second is available to use on the roster. Otherwise, all remaining henchmen, except those 3, are roster fillers and deserve to be with everyone else on the filler list.

On my personal RB3 character wishlist, those are the only 3 henchmen, and only because Spike had to put Zangya in. -.-

Mecha Coola and Freeza have transformations after the forms the "mecha" costume would go on, they should never be costumes. Coola would have to have a Mecha 5th form and Freeza would have to have a 100% Full Power Mecha form. Broli's "LSS" form is the end of the line for the character, he can't revert to previous forms. It makes the most sense to me. So what if Bio Broli had eye beams, the rest of his moves will be the exact same as his other forms. Eraser Cannon, Trap Shooter, Kakarotto, Explosive Wave, a volley and the same melee animations from his previous forms. We would have 3 of the exact same Broli characters with different skins if you make him his own character: "LSS" Broli, Bio Broli, and SS3 Broli.

I personally don't want another clone of Broli in the roster. Since he has never been included in a game to my knowledge, it seems like most fans and developers don't really like him, what with his movie being so horrible and all. If you don't take him as a costume, we very well may never see him at all. It is just the easiest way to include him, and they can just forget about the eye beams in the process.
