Custom one I made a while back of Season 1.
I noticed the word that's located under Piccolo's head is "NERD"

lol Yeah, I tried to make the cover focus more on the new aspects it introduced (Popo's terror, Ghost Nappa, Pac-Man sequence and Piccolo's "NERD!").

Could you take a couple images for the front, and the back of the DVD case?

Those types of mini figures aren't really that rare. I see them all the time.

I would say that you have a nice collection, but I've seen it three times already.

Actually those figures are extremely rare and as a result have become quite expensive. Also basically every one of those figures on ebay is a bootleg.

Really? I must've been thinking of other ones then.

I really like those Chibi styled DBZ figs, I wouldn't mind buying a few.
Anyone know where to get them? I hate ebay so um anyplace but there.

How did we get off the subject of the abridged dvd? That thing is awesome. if it was legal to sell and all that, I would totally buy that...after the finished the series of course.

And Ghost Nappa on the cover doesn't make much sense, since he's only in the last 15 se.......

Yeah, jazz up that cover and I'd totally buy a copy....if it had a main menu. [...........and IF that type of thing was legal of course]

Even if the cover isn't perfect, I tried to make it focus more about the parody because other fan-made covers I've seen were 10-min jobs using the Orange Brick/UUE covers with text replacement and MSPaint instead of something original.

I don't want to get more off-topic but I indeed made a decent Main Menu and Episode Select. The style resembles the Dragon Box releases with a scouter over a clip (motion too) from the show.

Sure if you want:

Main Menu:

Episode Select (which I'm now wishing I had different scenes for each page. Oh well):
Image

and also the Bonus Feature menu for all the ads, specials, music videos, promos etc, which I tried to make look like the Dragon Box special discs:

Awesome, I'm doing something similar for a DVD project of mine.

Extremely rough right now, but it's going to be tweaked quite a bit. If I knew you made these before, I would have bugged you for the template.

Very nice, what I did was pretty much the same as you, using the R2J Dragon Box menus as a base.

lol Okay, I still have the templates and raw PSD files (I made them back in March-April) which I'm keeping for when I do Season Two (I'll be making the menus full-screen since they used the Dragon Box footage) when TFS start Season Three, that way I know what extras/specials to put on.

Are your menus in motion like the R2 Dboxes or stills like the R1's?

I definitely plan on making motion menus which is why I used the R2's as the base.
