I swear to God, it's like trying to tell someone the sky is blue. You don't need proof to see that Goku is clearly hitting Tenshinhan above the belt, its in the fucking picture. Look at where Tenshinhan's belt is in relation to Goku's fist? It's BELOW GOKU'S FIST. I'm sorry, but if you still think Goku is punching him in the balls, you are blind.
