You'd think with so may Dragon Ball fighting games out there that it would have at least appeared once.
Yeah, it's amusing that even still, with so many fans behind "Badman Vegeta" as an alternate costume, they'd still rather pass off lazy palette swaps as alternate costumes.

Finally playing the American version of "Tag VS" today after clearing the Japanese version and unlocking everyone (on the JP version). And I just realized that the US release does not include any Japanese voice track.

=(

You're kidding me. Are you? :?

Even the god damn new Naruto Shippuden PSP games have both tracks. This game has such an innovative feature, but then looks bare-bones. Sigh...

I kid you not. There is no option to switch to Japanese audio in the American release of "Dragonball: TAG VS". Looked all over the options already.

Since it sounds like you did download it...

How big is the ISO? Can you load it into UMDgen and see the file list, and look for the voice file/files? If there's room for another set of voice files, Namco-Bandai and Spike are getting a probably rude and pissed off letter. :x

The ISO is about 1.2gb. Half of it are data install information. So technically speaking, this game is really 400-500mb.

Eh, I don't mind there being no JP voicework. At the very least, we get the new Kai cast :D

When was the last DB game that didn't have JP voices? DS not included, because from what I know those are space constrained. Other than Evolution (maybe, I'm not sure), it's the only one on PSP without the JP voices.

Then Budokai 1, and 2. I don't know about Super or the Sparkings.

Did the European version leak? Is there a shred of possibility that that version will have both voices?

Budokai 1, Budokai 2 and Super DBZ all had the Japanese cast in Australia (and Europe aswell, I think).

In the UK it's out this friday, so most places if you ordered online will get it to you by wed-thu.
Next to get; Leged of Saiyan figures and Freeza's force

If anyone sees
Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish
Or any other Banpresto DBZ figure :)

If anyone has a cooler steelbook dvd that wants to sell it (prefer new but used is fine) when/if the dragon box movies comes out contact me :)

Only the Gamecube version of Budokai 2 had the JP voice-cast (and is on my wish list for that very reason).

You're right. Also, both the Gamecube and Playstation 2 versions of Budokai 1 had the Japanese cast (I own both versions).

The game was a no-show on PSN tonight, which means it's a No-Go for PSPgo owners. Namco Bandai keeping it classy.

Don't some new PSN titles get delayed though? It could show up next week, perhaps. Maybe...

Very unlikely. There's a column on the US PlayStation Blog called "The Drop" that highlights releases of the week. If the game has a delayed PSN release, it usually gets mentioned in the blog post during the week of PSN release (DJ Max Portable 3 was released on UMD last week, and didn't show up on that week's column, this week it was set up for PSN release, and appeared on the newest column). Tenkaichi Tag Team was mentioned in this week's column.

In a way I like and hate both cover arts. Well, no, I like the Japanese the best, but one down side: Trunks' weird groin area. The only plus side to the NA ver. is that it's covered up and it's cool to see the true Bandai logo on a DBZ game again here in the States.

It's an item called "Union Heal", it allows health to be regained during battle in the full game.
