The Adventures of Saibaiman and Cell Jr.!

Me and my friend (who will shortly be joining this side) have wanted to do this for a while, but now we're finally getting around to it. The Adventures of your two favorite midget gremlin like things, Saibaiman and Cell Jr.! It will hand-animated (by me!(it will get better with practice)) and will be a comedy. Before you get worried, we're shooting down every joke that isn't really funny, but we already got some ideas. I would like some advice, as this is our first time doing this. Recommend away, and we'll have the first episode in a couple weeks.

My ideas:
They are rivals, even though Saibaiman is much weaker. In time, Saibaiman will become much stronger, something that will irk Cell Jr.
Their nicknames for each other is "Jr." and "Saiba". That would be cute.
Both have problems with wanting to grow up in stature.

Well, it's not much, but maybe I'll think of something later.

I never thought of those 2 having adventures I think the series should have nothing to do with fighting. Just 2 best buds doing crazy things.

If you make the Cell Jr. able to speak and the Saibamen only have subtitles for his sounds, wouldn't that make the Cell Jr. the main protagonist and the Saibamen the dumb friend? (I'm not implying anything about real life scenarioes. Just cartoon scenarioes) I don't know, I think I'de prefer it that they were equal. But it's your project so your'e pleased to do what you want with it.

No, he won't be dumb. He's just going to talk in grunts and growls. He'll not be stupid, just not speaking normal. We also might have a sub/dub dynamic , with Saibaiman and Cell Jr respectively. Not going into an active debate, just little jokes. My friend likes the Kai dub and I the opposite, so it works out well. Also, there might be fusion...

They are also able to call out the name of their attacks like "Kamehameha", "Special beam cannon" and "Tri beam HA!"
I believe that they only talk in the dub though.

I'm not god of animating, but i have some ideas about the voices for Saiba and Junior.
My friends also tell me i have a good sence of humour, and i have an idea for an episode.
