I wonder what the odds are of getting costumes from the Jump speacial, like Kuririn with hair but in the orange gi and Yamcha with the really short hair and hes in the orange gi too.

Well I dont think anyone here can give a real answer to your first question but if you're really not sure if you want to own the game you could always rent it.

I would say slim but if they do DLC right this time then I would hope that they did that.

I don't think so but I think of it as customization, that it was in before so it won't be taken out. The little Goku powering up next to Broly is believed to be DLC and the pre-orders come with alts that you can put in the game but I honestly don't know if they mean DLC characters or alternate colors for the people in the game because if it's just DLC characters with a set customization I am going to be uber pissed.

On another note, did anyone notice the actual information on the scans released today? Based on the stats Spike released for the characters, Vegetto (as expected) and Mecha Coola (of all people...) are the game's top tier combatants. Of course this doesn't include the characters speed and combos for cancels/follow ups, but I just find it a little odd that they chose Coola for the role. As much as Spike was fanboying over Broli, I kinda assumed his "LSS" or "SS3" form may have received a tier buff, but I seem to be wrong from the preliminary info.

Also of note, it seems the Fusion What-ifs were nothing more than false information. I suppose there is still like a 1% chance of them being included since Tarble wasn't in the scans, but I don't think we will be seeing them.

Oh, one more thing...Goku's Yardrat costume looks awesome! lol Now all they need is his bomber jacket from the relaxation period before the Cell Game and the the blue dogi from the end of Z and I will be very happy.

As of now just his yardrat outfit is confirmed as his new alts.

Well Metacoola kind of makes sense considering he is pretty much top tier and cannot be stopped unless the Ghetti star is destroyed so him being top tier makes sense to me. Now how the heck can you tell that from the scans posted? I can't understand Japanese so a little translation might help, like what were those letters next to the character's avatars about?

Also I have yet to see Goku's Yardrat costume in a picture of any do you have it? The What-ifs seem to be fake but Tarble being hidden kind of shows they did have a secret it was just let out of the bag lol. I personally think there is more things Goku could have like the Hyper Bolic saiya-jin armor and such but yes he needs his blue dogi I love wearing it.

I'm willing to bet it will be rehashes of RB "DLC", though in addition to having increased and preset customization they will be alternate colored: like Majin Buu will have blue skin, Cell will be purple, and Freeza will be lime green. BS like that.

Letters are obvious, here are the stats translations though:
Orange = Strength
Blue = Defense
Green = Ki
Red = Supers

It's alternate costumes, just like the pre-order bonuses being offered in Europe.

I will not lie when it comes to people like Cell and Buu those sound like cool ideas. A blue Buu would remind me of Neko Majin a little lol plus his alts. are usually lame. Eh if they did do pallete swaps for DLC it would be a slight step forward compared to RB's DLC. Though if that is the case they better have them be actual alts and not somebody you have to use with non customizable options, you know like have them only be selectable for the DLC slot. I am greatly disappointed not to see the hyperbolic time chamber as a stage yet again and I have to say as far as this game has gone it still pales in comparison to it's PS2 counterparts in terms of stages. I just want the day to come where I can return to the inside of Buu's body or go back into the Red Ribbon Armies base.

I must add that Yardrat costume for Goku looks amazing! Way better than it does in BT3 did that guy download the game online or something? He seemed to have the real thing.

He doesn't have a problem with you stating your opinions but there is a common kindness that must go with trying to get your point across otherwise you just sound like you are angry and looking for a fight. There is no need to attack the man, he's a mod and has been here for awhile so of course he will have a lot of posts. I think you need to calm down because I tried to help you and defend your thoughts about what you want out of the game but you don't need to be rude to anybody to make a point, it's not a good look for somebody and I mean period not just on a forum.
