That would be way worse than showing us something like my guess. Why introduce a fight to just skip over it?

Worst Special ever made......you can't pull off the same joke 3 pages in a row and expect to get any positive review.....this is just terrible....the person who wrote this special has no sense of humor what-so-ever /rant

That would be Salagir. The guy people usually praise for his storyteller ideas on DBM.

Good page, although the joke has officially run into the ground I still thought it was very funny.

The way those two fingers are drawn just look terrible to me. Looks too bony.

So has Vegetto just completely left ChiChi? He only seems to be hanging out with Bulma...

Yeah, why'd the art get so bad on this page?

Aw, well, I liked it. Plus, we oughtta expect them to have done this three times: once for Vegetto and each of the guys who make him up! I think it's interesting to note that Goku and Vegeta both came running (each for different reasons, 'course...) but Vegetto did not.
Anyway, Goku is perfectly Goku on this page, so it made me smile. X3 I also love that Goten and Trunks apparently thought to do the same thing to get their fathers to come to them. In short, parallelism (if that's the world for it) is useful for telling a lot of stuff without saying it! And three is a good number of times to do repeat something. This ties the joke together. I like it.

Vegetto is too busy hearing the prayers of worlds to tend to some little bitch trying to deceive Him.

Hi, my name is Rocketman and I'm going to praise Vegetto so many times that it gets really annoying. I take Vegetto's dick up my ass every night because I'm that much of a faggot. I'm not really like this in real life though. I'm just a sad lonely person and no one loves me at all. I only say this to feel good about my self since no one truly cares about me.

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Oh come now, this is not at all acceptable and you know it.

I'm sure the joke wouldn't seem as repetitive if it weren't a page every few days. Reading straight through it's probably fine.

As someone who has read them in that fashion, I can guarantee that its fine in a straight reading.

I think that the "monster under my bed" jokes are hilarious!
You can really see the difference of the characters there.
Goku's version was the best IMO.

That's why I sometimes feel like maybe releasing a page every couple days isn't the best way to handle it. Might be better releasing entire chapters every month like a normal comic book release schedule. It would be harder waiting as much but gags like this would flow more naturally. But, yeah, I'm torn because I do like having more to read every few days.

But you can check out the new pages every month instead of every release day.

You see, by releasing the pages this way, people who want to check out the new page every release day can do just that, and people who just want to check out the new pages every week or every month (as if the pages were being released that way) can also do just that.

If you really want to follow DBM weekly or monthly, as if it was being released that way, the only thing stopping you from doing precisely that is yourself.

For example, One Piece is released weekly, but if I prefer to follow it monthly, I just have to check out the new chapters every month, making it, essentially, from my point of view, a monthly release.

But it would be impossible for me to participate in this conversation about DBM if I only read it monthly. I'd have to avoid this thread for spoilers while at the same time end up wanting to comment on pages that everybody else is long done with. So in essence, reading it monthly based on its current release schedule makes for a lonely experience. If it were released monthly then everybody would talk about it together just like we are now and nobody would have to make any sacrifices. So, yeah, it's pretty much a necessity to follow it on release (be it weekly or monthly) if you want to make it a social thing.
