Most painful moments in Dragonball/Z/GT

Post by Nippolyte » Thu Nov 11, 2010 11:16 am

What would you say is the most painful moment in the Dragonball series? I would have to say when Freeza rips Nails arm off or when Ninja Murasaki lands on Goku's power pole.

Super #13 punching Goku square in the nuts, would seem very painful to me. Also the scene where Broli(?) punches Goku in the face so hard, they cut to glass shattering for effect.

Majin Vegeta admitting that he was second best to Goku. :P

But seriously, the most painful moment is when Tenshinhan broke Yamcha's leg. Probably not as bad as Super #13 punching Goku in the balls but still pretty cringe worthy.

#13 punching Goku in the balls. Painful for both the victim recieving the punch and the person watching it.

Watching the Season 3 VHS for the first time.... :P

I would say Vegeta punching Zarbon in the stomach and blasting him through it. So incredibly brutal in the manga and turned into absolute crap in the anime.

Piccolo blasting a hole through Goku in DB and then proceeding to stick his foot inside it and smush it around

One of the few moments that actually got me to cringe

Goku getting punched in the balls.

If I get hit in the balls hard enough, I want to throw up. My whole lower area; balls, thighs, and stomach hurts and I can't breathe. The pain seems to take forever to go away and I feel like I'm going to pass out from the lack of breathing. >_< It's terrible. That was the only scene from an animated feature (so far) to make me cringe.

The Videl/Spopovich fight. He just doesn't do one or two painful things; he doesn't stop. She's also just a normal person fighting a powered up baddie, and it's terrible that he gave her such a beatdown.

Cell's tail getting ripped off looked pretty painful. Oh Vegeta's arm getting snapped...Yeah that looked pretty painful too.

^ I would also say Vegeta's arm getting twisted by 18 and even her then standing on it.

But the Videl vs Spopovitch match was just inhumane. It was just as painful to watch. >_<

Actually, I change my vote to Videl vs. Spopovich. It was just brutal and cringeworthy to watch, even for Dragon Ball's standards. Especially how she was crying as he's crushing her head. It's worse than #13's punch to Goku's balls because that one only lasts for a few seconds (and is actually funny now I think of it), whereas Videl's beating lasts for much longer.
