There's a new anime attached to the new trading card game. Was Toriyama apart of this?

Dragon Ball Heroes is DB's latest Cardass game campaign. It's not an anime. But looks sweet.

'Tis just an animated commercial to promote the card/arcade game. You can find the commercial on the Dragonball Heroes site or on YT.
