dragonball vol.13 question

what are the differences between viz's censored dragonball vol.13 and its uncensored version?

Actually I don't think vol. 13 was censored. It says it has an "A" rating, but I think that's just a typo. Especially with the way King Piccolo kills a lot of guys in it.

there are supposedly two versions however. the rated "a" has a different cover (goku on a suzuki truck) than the rated"t" (bulma's being pursued by roshi). so are there really two versions?

Don't think so. Volume 13 has the same art as Japanese volume 13, as do all other volumes published by Viz. Personally, I think they decided that they'd only put a "T" rating on the volumes that warranted it (though I wish they'd had the sense to do this with DBZ, as well). :?

Viz's website shows what appears to be an alternate volume 13 of dragonball. Is there an explanation for this version? They have it listed as rated Older Teen as well.

It's also their only listing for the volume. I'd say it's probably just an entry with mock-up cover art and a mistaken rating.
