Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
It really bothers me that someone would complain about getting something early rather than having to wait. That just seems strange.
...So I'm guessing Goku and Vegeta are talking about how stupid Gotenks is.

Some people are strange like that...Great Saiyaman I wrote:It really bothers me that someone would complain about getting something early rather than having to wait. That just seems strange.
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Well, like I said, people are already talking about this in the comment sections. I wasn`t the one who first noticed that this page was online and if I hadn`t pointed it out, somebody else would.
And its not a spoiler... Spoiling is telling people what will happen before they have a chance to see for themselves. Which isn`t the case.
But anyway, I`ve put the url instead of the actual page, just in case.

I agree, but its only natural. Some panels/pages turn out better than others. This even happens to Toriyama (and every other artist).Senzu_Bean wrote:I have to say I feel the artwork is better than in previous pages.

Wait, was Buu's speech supposed to be some sort of slang talk? Maybe I need to brush up on my ebonics.Great Saiyaman I wrote:Boo's speech is totally not racist in any sense or form of the word.

That or 'dumb little black boy' speech to fit in with the sambo-esque Piccolo.Scarz wrote:Wait, was Buu's speech supposed to be some sort of slang talk? Maybe I need to brush up on my ebonics.Great Saiyaman I wrote:Boo's speech is totally not racist in any sense or form of the word.

Trunks' hair is a little funny, but overall this is a little offensive. And not in the cute "Japanese people have no sense of political correctness" way. And that's just nooooo good.

Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

"A message for the right-thinking who will say that this strip is racist: that's just humor, parody of the clichés in comics and cartoons of years ago.
Before you post to say it's offensive, ask yourself if you feel personally insulted. Si you don't, don't say anything. People who feel badly targeted can speak for themselves.
Any post containing racism or anything looking a little tendentious will be deleted without warning.

I thought the smile in the rolling eyes pic would show that I'm just kidding. I even made a "Sonic Sez" reference in the second post. I wasn't being serious.jjgp1112 wrote:I'm black and I don't find that the least bit offensive. Lighten up.Great Saiyaman I wrote:Heck yeah! Although it was pretty obvious...

Whoa, what the hell why did they turn back? Probably due to the lack of training for damn near 20 years causes them to not be able to substain SSJ3 for more than what, 5 seconds?rereboy wrote:And finally, the japanese section technical bug continues: http://www.dragonball-multiverse.com/jp ... l/0319.png

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
This might be somewhat funny...if Uub was ACTUALLY BLACK. It seems like with every new page, I dislike this comic more and more. Which is a shame considering how much I loved it.

I watch a fair amount of American TV, and I'm pretty sure African Americans don't actually speak like that.
"Don't Wo'k on me". Pretty sure Boo isn't a cooking utensil.
