How Does Broly See?

If you guys didn't know, Broly's eyes actually roll back (his pupils don't just magically dissappear). You can see this in Movie 8 after being hit by Vegata's Big Bang Attack. He goes insane, and powers up, during which his pupils dissappear, but if you look at it frame per frame, you'll see his eyes roll back.

So my question is, how the hell does Broly see??

I mean remember back during the Saiyan saga Gohan couldn't see the fight between Yamucha and the Saibaiman so Piccolo explained that everyone else was sensing their ki. After doing the same Gohan was able to "see" the fight.

If it isn't stated/shown/implied otherwise, their eyesight works the same way as in Real Life.
So Broli being able to see, is maybe as Rocketman said, that he uses the echo of his voice to find out, where he is in relation to others, like bats.

I always thought it was similar to Trunks when he powered up to Ultra Super Saiyan 3: the pupils are blank just for aesthetic purposes.

Nevertheless, I wouldn't rule out the idea of Toei leaving them blank/rolled out just for the sake of it.

Though they may have rolled back during that initial part of his transformation, but right before he transformed, his eyes (which are still showing pupils) become clouded over with energy, so it could possibly be a matter of them just disappearing in the same vein as Mirai Trunks's disappearing when he transformed into Ssj 3rd Grade.

That's an odd animation effect to make it looks more dramatic... his eyes don't roll for real.

Broli's pupil-less eyes are just to show that he's a crazy fuck and is super-powerful now. They did the same thing for Trunks when he was in the middle of transforming into Super Saiyan Grade 3.

Though, I think on the same lines as the rest: it was only for dramatic and aesthetic purposes. Unfortunately, the second Broly movie doesn't have a similar scenario, he just goes *boom* into LSSJ when Gohan goes SSJ/SSJ2.
