Least favorite parts of the story

For me, I can't stand pretty much everything from Cell absorbing 18 to when he gets killed.

This was my answer without even having to think about it.

I would have to say my least favorite part would be the General Blue portion of the Red Ribbon Arc. I loved the Muscle Tower and Tao Pai Pai stuff.
I also really dislike most of the Namek filler. Especially Bulma filler, cause I think its really boring, and the filler about the Ginyu Force coming to King Kai's planet because it makes absolutely NO sense that Yamcha Ten and Chaouzu could so easily take on the Ginyu Force after Vegeta had so much trouble with them.

Oh and also I really dont like the Ano-Yo-Ichi Budokai. I know a lot of people enjoy this part but it just doesn't make sense to me. The tournament is supposed to have the best and strongest fighters in *the whole history of the universe* and thats the best they could come up with? really? It just doesnt gel with me that the whole universe would be so weak until Goku and Paihukaun showed up.

I don't like the Muscle Tower part of the Red Ribbon Army Saga at all, and I don't like the Emperor Pilaf Saga either.

In Dragon Ball Z I don't like all of Freeza's transformations up until his final form, Garlic Junior Saga, Imperfect Cell Saga, and when Videl fights Spopovich.

-Anything involving Goten and Trunks, especially that gigantic shitlog called Gotenks.
-Everything after Vegetto.

Most of the buu saga stuff. The Gotenks fight is a bore and a little annoying.
On the other hand, I can watch the 22nd arc to the end of Freeza no problem because they are my favourite arcs! Red Ribbon Army stuff is boring in the anime but pretty good in the manga.

I'm still too sentimental, when it comes to Boo saga, but even for me there's a moment that I'm looking for fast forward button- when the Supreme-hyper-uber Kai turned out to be whipping boy.

Some of the unbearable Buu Saga filler and plot contrivances.
Goten and Trunks.
Saiyan and Frieza (some parts were boring.)

I think you just implicitly voiced a complaint. You apparently can't watch episodes 445-508 without a complaint, which means your complaint is DBGT. And no, the "GT doesn't count because it's non-canon" argument doesn't work here because the thread title is "Least favorite parts of the story," and without a qualifier, "story" is a broad term encompassing GT

I clearly said I can watch "episodes 1-444 without a complaint", I didn't mention 445-508, at all.

People are really saying the Cell Games? That's the best part of the whole story!

Vegeta getting his ass whooped by #18, and Super Saiyans made to look like Dragonball level characters, including the tiny explosions and small battlegrounds (aka a 2-lane highway).

Seemed like a complete 180 when the Freeza arc was a global battle field. Seemed like a Superman retcon story.

Hehe funny, me and my brother were just talking about that yesterday. I figured that the battles got toned down because they were on Earth and you couldn't have explosions happen whenever a punch was thrown, otherwise there'd be no Earth to protect.
