http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_Bal ... ut_Version
Although the "Ultimate Uncut" version is "uncut", it is no where near the actual Japanese version, which was notorious for even higher levels of gore and nudity.
To quote April Fool's Akira Toriyama: "What the hell is this crap?"
If anyone finds anymore crap like this on wikipedia, please tell.
Btw, it's my first non-introduction topic!

Excuse the ridiculous use of the term, but the DragonBall information on Wikipedia, in general, is... well... pure dubbie-crap. The whole thing needs an asinine amount of work, to the point where it's overwhelming. It's the kind of thing that all we can do is just fix a thing or two if we happen to come across it. Rewriting the entire Tullece page was enough for me.

I've heard rumors for years that the US will never see the *MATURE*, uncut version. People really need to face the facts, its aimed at kids! Even the Japanese have some standars of what they dont want their kids to see.

Wha? I was pretty sure there was only one uncut version. Not two, one of them never being shown, mentioned or even made! See, last one proves it.

I know DBZ has it's gory moments, and some brutal scenes, but even when things got too grim when Toriyama was drawing these pages, he himself didn't really like it, so don't things don't usually tend to go too far.

The way I see it, when people post the word "Uncut" on something, it seems to make some people look at it as if there is some sort of taboo going on. And when they don't see anything that is taboo, they assume it isn't really uncut.

Thankfully, they seriously meant Uncut when they said it on CN (ok, they didn't have the eyecatchers. SO WHAT?). Some People just don't think you can show a little kid's wenie or gushing blood on basic cable. Guess what random people, YOU CAN.

Apparently it's strange when I talk to people

.
But yeah. It's kinda mind-boggling that such an authoritative site such as Wikipedia, which actually takes some brains to edit pages on, attracts the kind of people that write such utter nonsense-bullshit for DBZ.

Nah, I think it's just the wow factor that you're not so big headed that you can't have, or contribute to a conversation with the users of your forum. You're a web-celebrity, it probably comes with the territory.
Of course I could be wrong, thats just my take on the matter.

Maybe it would help Wikipedia if people who actually had any idea about the original/correct story worked on their pages, instead of the dubbies. (Not that being a dubbie is bad, but you all know how skewed the point of view is.)

Yea, it's pretty much that. On the last message board I went to, the webmaster didn't talk to me directly until he went on a banning rampage (he pretty much banned anyone who talked to him. I found out that two months after I was banned, he pretty much banned everyone and closed down the message board... for now.)

If they can't get accurate info on a cartoon then how accurate can Wikipedia be in general? Since they have the dragonball dubbies what's stopping them from having the "dubbies" of other more serious subjects posting their half-ass information on the site.
So,
Son Goku, just interpret the information on that site loosely.

As I said, I thought it'd be fun to find every last stupid mistake.
Sorta on topic, I did just find a website that sounded like the people there say that they made the Dragonboxes

Rewriting the entire Tullece page was enough for me.
I hope that wasn't a shot at me.

I wrote that page with everything I knew about Tullece at the time, which was a lot more than pure dubbie crap. Of course, I've already commended you for your rewrite in another topic...
(Of course, I totally didn't agree with some of the revisions that some of the Wikiauthors prior to you added to the page... but I didn't feel it was my place to just go through and weed it out).
Anyway, DBZ isn't the only thing that is grossly misrepresented on Wikipedia. While the general idea of Wikipedia is great, any moron can write whatever he or she wants on there.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

That's what I was getting at.
