Princess Snake filler is one of my favorites too.

Also, Imperfect Cell vs Krillin, Ginyu/Bulma body switch, and any filler that has to do with Super Buu.

Tao Pai Pai climbing Karin Tower, even if Karin being implied to be weaker than Tao doesn't make a grain of sense.

The Ginyu Tokusentai invading Kaio-sama's place was also pretty funny, as was the filler in between Bejitto's defusing and Boohan turning back into Shin Boo that involved Boohan (the filler about what was going on inside him was horrible though.)

The wedding arc was pretty fun. I also liked all of the Saiyan arc filler.

I just want to point out the word "filler" does not need to be pluralized when talking about it on internet message boards, k plz thanks :P

That said, I think my favorite example, honestly, is the Princess Snake filler and the moment in the Cell Games where all the other Z-Fighters start helping SS2 Gohan out by attacking Cell, even though they know they aren't doing anything. I'm always so excited when I see that scene.

Oh! And the Cell Games reenactment. Absolutely hilarious XD

The After-life tournament always been my favorite filler arc. I wish Paikkuhan (Pikkon) would appear more often in the series since he was only had a small cameo in GT.

Pretty much all the Saiyan arc filler. That's right, every little scene of Gohan playing with a squirrel or being chased by a tiger.

I love Yamucha playing baseball. Lunch trying to impress Tenshinhan. Goz and Mez. Princess Snake. Piccolo lifting pyramids. Orphans. Nappa destroying fleets. Chi-Chi dressed as Rambo. All of it.

Okay, so maybe that first episode of Z was a little too much with the filler. Kai handled it better with just a little of that.

But he's also a fighter, through and through [...] he fight until he has, in no uncertain terms, beaten his enemy on terms they can both acknowledge. He doesn't want to kill anyone, or even prove that he can win... he just wants to know he can. He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

I liked all of the filler, cept maybe the Garlic jr. Saga wich I think could have been done better, but I still like how Krillin and Piccolo manage to save the day WITHOUT Goku and how God got to do something. Also his speech to the spirits of the former gods (in the japanese version) was epic IMO

What, no mention of the infamous driving episode yet?

Either way, I generally like filler when it contributes to the plot and makes sense. Or if it's just flat out funny like the above. I'd say a lot of the filler in the Piccolo Daimao arc is some of the best in the series. Seeing Tabourine actually go out and kill more than just two people was actually pretty entertaining, as morbid as that sounds. I think my favorite bit of that was when he went after Yamcha, only to be interrupted by Daimao. That was a pretty creative way to change that scene for the anime in my opinon.

My favorite filler was also the Ginyu Tokusentai's invasion of Kaio-sama's planet. It was interesting in weird ways to me, and I can't really explain why I like it.
So mondo lame.

I liked it just to see them fight the other guys whom have been moved to the sidelines. Also MORE ACTION!
My favourite art style (and animation) outside Toriyama who worked on Dragon Ball: Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, Masaki Satō, Minoru Maeda, Takeo Ide, Hisashi Eguchi, Katsumi Aoshima, Tomekichi Takeuchi, Masahiro Shimanuki, Kazuya Hisada

I know most people wouldn't agree, but all the Pilaf stuff in the first 9 episodes (of DB) are filler, and I really enjoy it. I found it odd that in the manga, Pilaf just appears near the end of the first arc.

My favorite filler is Gohan and the Robot, Princess Snake, and the added filler episodes in the anime showing Vegeta and Bulma's relationship before the Artificial Humans come.

I actually like the Garlic Junior arc. I felt that it gave the characters something fun to do while Gokû was away and also played up more of the Mazoku and its history. I wish there would be more stories with Mazoku, actually. Looking back at Yû Yû Hakusho a lot seemed to be done with building the Makai as a powerful culture of fighters. I wonder how a Dragon Ball depiction would fit in...

Also, I really liked the filler flashback Muten Rôshi has in the first full episode of the Piccolo Daimaô arc. Seeing the many different Mazoku (with recycled designs almost implying that guys like Tambourine and Cymbal were 'mass-produced') was really cool.

The anime's longer battle between SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta i guess could be considered filler as it is only touched upon in the manga i believe.

There are a lot of little one-off gags in Dragon Ball I really enjoy.

Like Goku finding Umigame's son in episode 47. Or Tao Pai Pai's big day in town while he's waiting for his clothes to be made. I'd completely forgotten about those by the time I picked up the season sets, but they were hilarious.
