I did not get it too. "1-2" is opening 2, and "3" is opening 1 (english)...

Opening 1, animation 2 is likely what the OP means.

I used that naming scheme because I uploaded a cut of it from one of my fansubbed episodes a while ago to show a friend and I was getting flamed on youtube over how it's not a true second opening or whatever. That name scheme is just there so people don't bother me XD;
