If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
I'm not sure if this thread has been done before (I search for it and found nothing) but what if Buu asborbed Kaioshin (Supreme Kai) instend of Dai Kaioshin (Grand Supreme Kai)? How powerful would Buu be, and would Buu be strong enough to beat SSj3 Goku or Mystic Gohan?

Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
Dai Kaioshin was absorbed by the buff Buu, who already possessed more ki than Super Buu. Short answer -- Goku dies, Gohan probably wins.
Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
Well let's see, it appears Buu absorbs the traits of the Kaioshins, not so much their power.
What are Kaioshins traits? Feeble, weak, idiotic? I don't know, a bit harsh here of course, but he's relatively useless, especially for the Lord of Lords.
If Buu absorbed East Kaioshin, perhaps he would flat out become useless. Lol.

Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
He was only seen as a wimp because he was the youngest and weakest of the Kaioshins, pretty much everyone else were stronger than him and he was cautious about Boo getting revived and destroying the universe. Most of what we see of his personality is shrouded in how dwarfed he is by everyone else's power.
Since Boo does seem to absorb the traits of the Kaioshins and Boo's plain unpredictable, my answer to the question is: I don't know. We don't even know how powerful Boo was after he absorbed the North and West Kaioshins.

The manga only says Buu absorbed the Southern and Dai Kaioshin.Piccolo Daimao wrote:We don't even know how powerful Boo was after he absorbed the North and West Kaioshins.

Oh yeah, I forgot. But even still, we don't know if that Kid Boo was as strong as the one who fought SSj3 Goku.Savage68 wrote:The manga only says Buu absorbed the Southern and Dai Kaioshin.Piccolo Daimao wrote:We don't even know how powerful Boo was after he absorbed the North and West Kaioshins.

Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
Where is it suggested that Kid Buu ( vs Kaioshins ) is any different than Kid Buu ( Vs Goku ) ? If anything Kaioshin himself implies that you know they would ugh be the same...

This is true. Since the Kid Buu that Goku fights has been split, hacked, and slashed in so many ways. Maybe this why the Supreme Kai was so scared over Kid Buu, other than him being the most dangerous (who cares how reckless someone is, if you can over power that person, it doesn't really matter in the end).Piccolo wrote: Oh yeah, I forgot. Yeah, I agree. Although I do think Kaioshin was just so scared about Kid Boo because he was pure evil and the most dangerous, as we saw when he blew up Earth immediately.Super Vegito wrote:This is true. If nothing suggests that Kid Buu 1 is any different than Kid Buu 2, it'd only be logical to assume they're the same being with the same personality and power and whatnot.Piccolo Daimao wrote:But even still, we don't know if that Kid Boo was as strong as the one who fought SSj3 Goku.

Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
OK then. Super Vegito and I were just throwing it out there, since Kid Boo 1 was the original, untouched Boo, while Kid Boo 2 was the one that had been diluted by Dai Kaioshin, absorbed by a evil split-off and then had the dilution ripped out again. But you're right, nothing really suggests that Kid Boo 1's any different than Kid Boo 2.Savage68 wrote:If nothing suggests that Kid Buu 1 is any different than Kid Buu 2, it'd only be logical to assume they're the same being with the same personality and power and whatnot.Piccolo Daimao wrote:But even still, we don't know if that Kid Boo was as strong as the one who fought SSj3 Goku.
So if Boo does absorb the traits of the Kaioshins (the buff South Kaioshin made him stronger; the pure-hearted Dai Kaioshin tamed him and reduced his power) and Boo doesn't do anything unpredictable, then East Kaioshin shouldn't make him any stronger. I'd make a guess and say he'd win against SSj3 Goku if he's alive (taking into account Boo's regeneration and SSj3's energy waste), and probably not against Gohan.

Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
It's all about Kaioshin's traits. Which would be? I think useless probably is the best. And like the other poster said, maybe he would be afraid of himself lol.

We have to think about what Kaioshin was like in general, before Boo destroyed planets and killed all Kaioshins but him. But we don't know.Piccolo Daimao wrote:He was only seen as a wimp because he was the youngest and weakest of the Kaioshins, pretty much everyone else were stronger than him and he was cautious about Boo getting revived and destroying the universe. Re: If Buu absorbed Kaioshin
I have no idea what would happen but I think if Buff Buu absorbed East Kaioshin he'd be weaker than Buff Buu but stronger than Fat Buu. Just because I don't think East Kaioshin is quite as "pure" as Dai Kaioshin.
