This isn't super important or anything but I was kind of wondering why sometimes my posts have the little "this post was edited..." ordeal below them and sometimes when I edit them they don't. Is there a reason behind that?

It's either if a long enough period of time has passed between you making your post and editing it or if someone other than you has viewed the topic after you made the post before you edited it. I'm not sure which though.

I think it actually depends on whether or not someone has posted after you, or if your post is still the most recent one in the thread.
