Raging Blast: Fighter or Simulator

Because the arguments on the Raging Blast 2 thread, I decided to make a separate thread on RB being a fighter or a simulator.

It's a fighting game and a Dragon Ball Simulator. It's a fighting game in that two characters battle each other mano-a-mano until one of them gets knocked out, and it's a Dragon Ball Simulator in that it tries to imitiate the combat of the Anime series.
