I think King Cold's old dub voice could work if they cranked it down from 40 to about 5.

IMO Ayres should do King Cold and use his third Freeza form voice.

They could get Chris Rager to do it. I think I'd like to hear his. After all, Daisuke Gouri voiced Cold in Z.
Of course, that's a lot like saying John Swasey should play him because he played Crocodile in One Piece just like the Japanese VA for Cold in Kai. You can't really make somebody the official voice equivalent of a Japanese VA. This is why Wendee Lee was a good Haruhi but an awful Konata.

Eh, I don't entirely like John Swasey's Crocodile. He's too mafia gangster, as opposed to the class Ôtomo brought Sir Crocodile. Not to mention that booming voice.
I don't think Rager would be a good fit, either. He doesn't really do 'deep' well enough, I think.
I think Bob Carter can do deep pretty well, though. I haven't heard enough of him doing that, though...

Definately. I also liked her Konata. Mabey the Guy who did the voice for Dr Wheelo could pull of King Cold or Just somebody who can pull of a good Andross-esc voice.
