Just a brief introduction: "Outside The Otaku" is a series by Lanipator (from Team Four Star), wherein he reviews Anime. He has recently started reviewing the Dragon Ball Z movies, and is now up to movie four. I was hestitant to post the other movies as they were released, since I thought he would at some point. But now I think it's safe to do so. You can find the rest of the movie reviews by scrolling down through the archives.
Enjoy.

Well I enjoyed Lord Slug more than World's Strongest. The review was good, but maybe he could try a little teensie weensie bit....try to do it like the Critic.

After watching that review it makes me want to go out and actually watch all the DBZ movies. I only saw three of them and those were the Broly trilogy.

Recycled concept or not, I was always fond of movie 4.

Yeah, I don't think it's as bad as people make out. Yeah, it had a recycled story, but it's not as if all the other movies were the pinnacle of storytelling either. It's been a while since I watched it, but I recall getting some enjoyment out of it.

I actually had no idea there was a lot of hate for movie 4 before the "confessions" thread got created. I really liked it aswell.
