And I'm afraid that's bullshit too. People are entitled to have their own opinion. And, in my opinion, the AB Groupe dub is much worse than the FUNi dub. The FUNi dub, while it isn't free of flaws itself, at least has tolerable voices and has some good acting. The AB Groupe dub is a complete laughing stock, with intolerable, poor voice casting, acting and dialogue, and generally worse than the FUNi dub on all levels.

Yes you are right, it is much worse than Funimation's dub but Ab Groupe has a couple good voices. i.e. Gohan's and Chi-Chi's voices.

I actually kind of like Goku's He-Man voice, it just reminds me of how every hero in old cartoons used to sound. You think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not: Listen to 1967 Spider-Man.
This will never not be my sig:

I can't believe this is on-topic.

The AB Groupe dub even makes the Creative Products Corp dub sound good.

At least in that dub they used names like "Kaio-Sama" and "Son-Goku". I even swear they're trying to say "Kuririn", but it sounds like Kurin.

They say "Gohan" funny, too.

But at least they have the Kikuchi score.

All the rare dubs i have of Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z would be Movie 1 and 2 of AB Groupe's dub, two episodes of the Spanish Harmony Gold dub, Movie 5 of the Creative Products dub and i have only seen clips on Youtube. :?

I can't keep going in and removing the gazillion lines between quotes and responses in your posts' coding. C'mon, folks! You can do it one after another :). Keep it clean and tidy like your rooms!

Ah right. I have these AB Groupe dubs on DVD. I'm trying to dig up all the English harmony gold episodes. The only complete thing I have so far is the opening, and I remastered it too.

But we are getting sort of off topic here.

And sorry, EX!

What is the Creative Products Corp dub? The filipino dub that combined movies 5 and 6 as one?

In that case, I have it on VHS and will probably do a feature about it on my site. Once I get it digitized.

I had picked up a couple of episodes of their Dragonball dub from a site way back. The tape is lost though :/
