As long as Buu can figure out how to use that Sword that Xeno what's his face used then Buu can easily win the tournament as a whole. He could rip Vegetto in two if he felt he was fighting a losing a battle.

If Buu says he is stronger than Vegetto already, then what's to say he couldn't surprise Vegetto at any moment with one of those Nano slices

One: Vegetto is watching, he knows about the weapon. Two: This is one of the most powerful guys in existence. I believe A. He's strong enough to not be cut by it: We don't know if it's cut through anything or just through squishy Boo and the force field. B. He thinks pretty fast, he would dodge it before it hit.

Honestly, I hate to be critical of such a fine work, but this manga has seriously taken a turn for the worse. It's just non stop garbage lately. What gives man?

What makes it garbage? I didn't care for the weird Vegetto side story, I admit, and the Mary Sue thing was just silly. But other than those two things I've not seen any real problems. All seems to be going about as I expected.

Maybe you just disliked some of the fights which is bound to happen given the enormous amount of fights and fighters in this tournament.

Agreed. Most people despise the little specials in between and judge the comic with the specials instead of without. The specials are just meant to kill some time when Salagir and his crew need some extra time to draw the pages. I admit I myself do rage at the stupid specials but I don't judge the comic including them. The quality has always been great and at times they put more effort into a single epic panel than most of the chapter. (Vegetto SSJ3, that shit was awesome).

The filler fights in between of course are going to happen. Remember that DB/Z wasn't just fighting 100% of the time, there was comedy thrown in there quite a bit. Besides, who didn't love Arale pwning Mary Sue? ><

I actually like the specials. The reason they annoy me is actually because I like the main story so much that the specials are like filler in that even though I might think they have fun content, the only thing they remind me is that I have to wait longer to see what happens next in the main plot. So I get antsy for them to finish.

On the bright side, we're still due to see special chapters for some of the more interesting universes like the evil Super Saiyans and the humans, two of which I'll enjoy immensely.

Yea it must be the specials. IMO, they are some of the most poorly written fanmanga material I have ever seen. Could have been done a hell of a lot better IMO...
