Soft spot for minor/short screentime characters?

If she counts then Lunch

Besides her I'd pick Karin, Namu, #16, Bora, Colonel Silver (his Japanese voice is pure awesome,) Giran, Suno (way better than Chichi IMO,) Ninja Murasaki, Nappa, King Cold, Nail, Zarbon, Paikuhan, Dai Kaio-sama.

Also for DBZ: Muten Roshi, Chaozu, Tenshinhan, Yamucha, Kuririn. I just can't stand how they wasted such great characters.

I love Butta's (or Baata, Burter, whatever) design. My favourite colour is blue, so naturally this member of the Ginyu squad was going to appeal to me the most. It's a shame how he never really got to display his awesome speed that much. I mean, when Vegeta threw away that Dragon Ball - Butta retrieved it so fast that he was back before Vegeta & co. had even finished turning their necks to look behind them.

But yeah, then Goku comes along, and zoom zoom lol you're not so fast now, are ya, ya big blue buffoon.

Tenshinhan and Dabura (if they qualify as 'minor' characters) are also two of my favourites.

I love Zarbon, the Tenkaichi Budokai Announcer, and Jheese. I really do wish that they got more screen time in the show but two of them were henchman so they were bound to die off soon.

I would also include Lunch if she counts.

Not really. He's still Gohan, at the end of the day, and "Mystic"'s only a power-up. I could say the same for Piccolo's fusion with Nail, which became meaningless after one battle.
