I couldn't imagine DB episode 6 getting by the censors either. Nudity, drugging/attempted rape, boob grabbing, more nudity, booby-eyes...a typical day of Dragon Ball.

I wouldn't neccesarily say there was attempted rape, that's stretching it. All Oolong was trying to do was fondle Bulma's bloomers (lack of a better term), there was no dialouge to suggest he was gonna try to rape her. Rape is one thing that would Never even be thought of in the Dragonball universe (however there was one episode in the General Blue saga where Bulma was cornered by two low-rank officers, but even then, that was still shown on cartoon network).

I also wouldn't call it attempted rape, but it was a little too close to some sensitivities, so that's why it was changed in both tv dubs.

I know, I was just kidding around.

But they definately have hinted at rape a couple times during the series (the Red Ribbon thing you mentioned, and when Popo takes her to Yunzabit). Or at least Bulma was worried about it, whether or not it was actually gonna happen, so I'd say it's at least been thought of.

I know. I didn't watch the whole ep last night, because I hate the Fake Namek eps. Nappa and Vegeta on Arlia was better filler. Though the orphan alien kids was also better since it did do a good forshadow to Frieza.

What did the Fake Namekian call his ship in the Japanese version? In the redub, he called it "Wukong". That's right folks, Goku's chinese pronunciation was heard on US airwaves!!!

They changed Vegeta's reaction about the doctor not being able to reconstruct his tail to that he did not need it. Makes more sense than the "It'll grow back" since it never does.

Goku's tail: Died during Goku's training with Kami
Gohan's tail: Died during the fight with Vegeta
Vegeta's tail: Died while he was fighting the Z Warriors
Trunks' tail: Died shortly after Trunks' birth (in both cases)
Goten's tail: same as Trunks' (without all that future nonsence)

Yes, ^ that was all one big joke.

Last two nights: Fake Namek and even more Fake Namek!

Goku's tail: Died during Goku's training with Kami

Future Trunks' tail: No idea
Chibi Trunks' tail: Was never born
Goten's tail: Was never born either

I'm still trying to figure out where people get the idea Goten and Trunks (Chibi at least) ever had tails when it's stated by Toriyama-sama they were born without them.

I just had the idea that since Gohan had a tail (half-blooded), Trunks and Goten (both also half-blodded) also had tails.

Yep, she was asked but never answered. Hence why Toriyama-sama got asked in an interivew and explained that "Tails are recesive and that both Goten and Trunks were born without them" (paraphrased). Not that his explanation is logical, but since when has logic applied to DBZ?

Am I the only one who thinks Vegeta's bare-rear shot looked different than it does in Vegetto EX's "DBZ Way Never Seen" AMV? It looks like it's been altered not to show the actual butt, but rather the tail point only.
