these are great power levels - it also makes senes. Please post the regular TV series levels also. It could be used as reference.

No they can't: they're fan-made. Look at the lack of logic in the Dead Zone PLs. How could they all be stronger one year prior to Radditz's arrival? As for the Bardock special, WTF? I mean really! Vegeta with a PL of 5,000? To justify this they claim he killed 10 Saibamen when you see he fights only 5. Vegeta in the Trunks Special with a PL of 120,000? We know he had a PL over 1 million when he was killed by Freeza! You mean to tell me that Yamcha, without those three years training, can EASILY kill Vegeta?

Even if they are fanmade it doesn't mean they are wrong estimations. Future Trunks comes from a alternative timeline so who knows what happened before Goku died of heart attack.
