It's everywhere. Someone says that "its the end of all of us! NOOOOOOOOO" joke. Not even funny in the first place.

Oh are you talking about the scene after everybody discovers the location of Gero's lab? Vegeta blows the door away then Trunks yells "Noooo!" (American Dub) as he fires a beam at the androids. When did that become a meme?

I think it's in the dub where Trunks keeps saying "If you do (blank) it will be the end of all of us NOOOOOO!!!!" And then charges in with beams and sword swinging. It happens when the Androids are first released, and then again when 17 and 18 go to release 16 from Gero's lab. And then again when Vegeta is about to let Cell reach his perfect form by absorbing 18, at least I think that's what it is from what I can remember.

Wow, that's a meme? Oooookay. I can't think of anything even remotely meme-worthy of that, but I guess the internet will make something out of anything nowadays.

Well, this thread reminds me that I've seen at least a few people on these forums recently saying things like "I feel like having a Trunks "NOOO!!" moment", and someone even linked to a YouTube video with dub Trunks yelling "NOOO!!" randomly.

But yeah, that's all I've ever heard about it. If it is a real meme, then I never even knew it was until Ussj Future Trunks and ShadowDude112 pointed it out. I assumed it was a little "inside joke" because I've only witnessed a couple of members saying it about 2 or 3 times total, and I'd have never thought anything of it until this thread was made (and I still don't really, because that's all I've ever heard of this "meme")

That video's comments are full of saddos just repeating the same "joke".

Still, it doesn't make it a meme. It's not like "over 9,000" or "The balls are inert", where they are bandied around everywhere. I've only heard, like, two people use the "NOOOOOO!" reference on this forum.
