"cell in his best couldnt take brolli, ssj3 goku maybe if hes lucky"

I actually like that movie due to not being Goku and/or Gohan centric and actually putting a cap on Broly's power(less than Goku either in SSJ 3 or SSJ 2 considering the ending scene).

I honestly believe that too, at least going by the Anime. SSjin Vegetto had to really try to overpower Chaotic Boohan. I believe his sudden burst of power was a part of Chibi Boo's suppressed power coming through, and thus that the full power of Chibi Boo and by extension SSjin 3 Goku is higher than that of SSjin Vegetto.

He wasn't trying to beat him; his only goal was to hold him off until Trunks got the dragon radar. He even admitted he purposefully lied about not being able to beat him.

Roshi destroyed the moon! That should automatically negate such thoughts... If people are going by what you stated then they should be more specific, like "Mr. Satan is as strong or stronger than Roshi when not powered up" or "Chi aside, Mr. Satan is as strong or stronger than Roshi"

I don't know, that's just the argument I've heard that would support Mr. Satan being as strong as Kamesennin.
They do ignore that it was never stated, that punching machine scores use the same units as Battle Powers.

That regular Saiyajins in the Boo Arc are stronger than Piccolo.

It definitely makes little sense and it requires either pegging Piccolo ridiculously low, using small multipliers, or having a strange power level list like mine where SSjin Gohan is more than 50x stronger than USSjin Vegeta but it is heavily implied on numerous occasions, unfortunately.

AFAIK there are only two or three points, which may imply that regular state Saiyajins are stronger than Piccolo. The most important being Dabra and Babidi considering the Saiyajins useful compared to Krillin and Piccolo. What people fail to point out is that everyone was suppressed, so obviously it's hard to detect their full power.

In fact Babidi and Dabra didn't sense their full power:
From Viz(after Vegeta one shots Pui Pui/Pocus):
Bobiddi: "How could Earthlings have so much power?!"
Dabra:"They weren't like this when I checked 300 years ago..."

Dabra: “Yakon!? You’re already going to use Yakon on Stage 2!?”
Babidi: “…We probably shouldn’t underestimate those Earthlings…They did Pui-Pui in before he could inflict any damage at all…”
Dabra: “…I see. But with Yakon as their opponent, they’re all be defeated instantly. I won’t get to have any fun.”

Gohan: “Oh! He’s huge, but quick!”
Kaioshin: “Let’s fight together!”
Gohan: “Nah, I think father will be perfectly fine on his own.”
Kaioshin: “…”

So Babidi and Dabra severely underestimated Goku & Co. because they didn't sense all of their power. Dabra even thinks Yakon would defeat everyone instantly, look how wrong he was...
So since they were unable to sense the full power of the Saiyajins, what would make anyone think they could sense the full power of Piccolo?

That definitely makes sense, but there's also the fact that Vegeta and Gohan promised to fight in their Base forms in the Tenkaichi Budokai and the fact that Piccolo was also participating was not even mentioning by either of them as being a possible problem.
