In the version I own, penises are intact. Though, I only have the DB portions of the comic...

Viz censored Gohan's penis when they got to DBZ because they rated it "All Ages". That's why they didn't have to censor penises in DB because it was rated "Teen".

Linkdude, the only time Mr. Satan is ever called H­ercule on the DVDs is occasionally during the Cell Games. After that it's exclusively Mr. Satan.

No. Neither had a rating. The rating didn't start up till after the period of censorship from 2000 August to 2001 March.

That's like saying "Goku is only ever called Zero during the Saiyan arc on the DVDs". I had to widen it a bit since Gokuh is a lot more prominent than a character who exists only at the end of the third major story arc.
