Kaio had no idea about Freeza's true power, and I don't expect Kaioshin to as well. I do my BP charts from an in-universe perspective, I don't assume that someone knows something just because that's probably how it was meant to be taken. So I find it perfectly acceptable, since I've actually put him at 100x Freeza's known power level.

Kaio didn't know originally, but he obviously knew his might after Freeza had actually displayed it didn't he? Why wouldn't Kaioshin?
If Kaioshin knows what a SSJ is, he certainly knows Freeza's full power from an "in-universe" perspective. The universal tyrant was killed by one remember?
He read Vegeta's mind and made his reaction based on it; in which Vegeta was full aware of Freeza's might.
There's no excuse not to have Kaioshin eclipsing Freeza's full power if you want your list to be even remotely taken seriously. Especially when Kaioshin is directly stated to surpass Piccolo anyway. But I mean...suit yourself I guess.

Yea Kaioshin needs to be well over Freeza. As the other posted pointed out, Kaio is able to know Freeza's full power, why wouldn't a superior being to that realize the same?

Hell, do you guys really think that Freeza can do anything to Yakkon? By this point in the manga, Freeza's power is only relevant to the humans... Yakkon is the strongest being Badibi got, who has traveled throughout the universe and through two different realms to get. Freeza >> Yakkon? Yea I know... Yakkon 800-3,000 gap on a MSSJ Goku, whether suppressed or not, speaks volumes that Yakon is indeed not anywhere close as a MSSJ, he's not 50x weaker... Freeza should definitley be much much weaker than a MSSJ...

2. Cell's Absorptions: Cell adds the power of the android to his own power and at the same time gets some extra power.
3. Dance fusion: Weaker character times 100.
4. Potara fusion: (A+B)*15.
Rivals: Weaker character times 4500.
5. Boo's Absorptions: Boo adds the power of his victims to his own, with the exception of South Kaioshin, who greatly increases his power and Dai Kaioshin, who greatly lowers his power.

Notes: I have Goku as 5x the strength of a normal human as his Daizenshu 7 level of 10 just doesn’t seem enough for some of his feats (lifting cars overhead, stopping bullets, etc. Great Ape is 10x normal strength as stated later. I figure being hungry puts him at 80% strength. Yamcha was strong enough to have a slight edge over hungry Goku but a disadvantage to Goku at full strength so I placed him in the middle at 22. I put Kame-Sennin at 45% of his later given level of 139 since he had trained to reach that level. I figured him going to his max power form doubled his strength. Gyuumao is strong enough to dominate Goku but still far below Kame-Sennin. The rest are pretty self-explanatory.

Notes: Goku increases his strength tremendously under Kame-Sennin and fights him evenly at the 21st World Tournament. Kame-Sennin (as Jackie Chun) is the same. Kuririn initially is far below Goku but still strong enough to take bullets, etc. so I put him at 3x the strength of a normal human. He also powers up greatly from Kame-Sennin’s training. Yamcha has increased a little as well due to training for the tournament but not nearly to the extent of Goku and Kuririn. Namu was strong enough to give Goku a good match. Giran also gave Goku a decent fight until Goku got serious. The rest are small fry.

Notes: Goku has improved greatly here. His initial level is a little above his previously seen full power since Kuririn thought he was going all out against Chappa. Tenshinhan is even with Goku with Kame-Sennin being slightly below both of them. Yamcha is close to Kuririn’s power as Kuririn comments they are about equal. Chaozu is also a little below Kuririn. King Chappa was obviously pretty powerful since Kame-Sennin thought he could be a problem for Goku.

Continued from the first post on this page. I had to make some alterations to the Androids Arc onwards, so it fits my final Unofficial Power Levels List perfectly:

1. SSJ transformations: SSJ = 50x base, SSJ 2 = 100x base, SSJ 3 = drawing out hidden power to its limits. Goku gets a 4 times boost of SSJ 2, while Gotenks gets a 4 times boost of SSJ.
2. Cell's Absorptions: Cell adds the power of the android to his own power and at the same time gets some extra power.
3. Dance fusion: Weaker character’s highest power times 2.
4. Potara fusion: Average of characters’ highest powers times 3 + rivals boost(SSJ 3 can’t be used in fusion, since both characters have to have the same transformations available).
Rivals boost only occurs, when the difference in power is less than 10 fold. The result will then be boosted by 10. If the difference is above 10 times there is no rivals boost.
5. Boo’s Absorptions: Boo's absorptions add to his own, with the exception of South Kaioshin, who greatly increases his power and Dai Kaioshin, who greatly lowers his power.

Context: Dodoria’s scouter reads the battle powers of three Namekian fighters. Kuririn realizes that these Namekians are hiding their real power.
Dodoria: "Kukkukku... Please don't be disappointed, sir. All three are around 1,000."
Random goons: “Hehhehheh! You gotta be joking! They want to take us on with a level around 1,000!”

So basically, Appule's weaker than strong Namekians (so weaker than 3,000, since that was the battle power of the Namekian warriors who beat him and Freeza's goons), but stronger than 1,000 since he and the rest of the goons found a battle power of 1,000 laughable.

In short: stronger than 1,000, weaker than 3,000.

Personally, I think that Appule's weaker than Kuririn without weights (who's stronger than the "about 1,500" he was scouted at while wearing weights), based on this:

According to Kuririn, all of Freeza's crew have really strong, amazing ki. Not just "strong" ki. "Really strong, amazing" ki. Whether you think that implies that all of Freeza's henchmen are stronger than Kuririn or just generally amazing (as in, not necessarily stronger) is up to you.

I consider them stronger than Krillin. Based on his facial expression, he does look worried, but of course that doesn't necessarily mean that he is inferior.
Either way it's not like we have anything conclusive about them AFAIK, so you can make them as strong, as you want or weak as you want, as long as it's within the 1000-3000 range. Personally I consider them to be 2000 on average, since that's a nice round number.

Couple of thoughts... IMO, we don't really know how strong Base Vegetto is. But we know SSJ Vegetto is retartedly strong. Oh wait, you don't do the Base > Piccolo mentality. So no need to go any further..

Anyway, I use the progressive theory. Any fighter that is in the same class as another, should > the previous fighter. For the most part.

Anyway, I think Buutenks vs Gohan, should be the same as Vegetto vs Buuhan. I think Vegetto > Gohan, just because, you know? Just a differing POV, and plus with Vegetto any stronger, making his SSJ stronger is always a plus.

No. Gohan's true ability refers to his max SSJ 2 power showcased at the Cell Games. If it was referring to SSJ 2, then Goku would have said, Gohan should have done, whatever the fuck he did at the tournament.

Kamehameha being a consistent multiplier makes no sense, since Goku could have just tried a Kamehameha on Vegeta before destroying his body with KK*3. He tried it against Raditz, so why not try it against Vegeta(who didn't try to stop Goku from doing KK*3 anyways)
Let's take a look at the multiplier:
vs. Raditz: 924/416 = 2,2211538 etc.
so Goku being at 8000 would make a Kamehameha at 8000*2,2211538 = 17.769(bunch of decimals).
If it really was a multiplier, then why didn't he just start out by using that, instead of going right ahead and performing a technique, that ruins his body?

Also, if Kamehameha was a 2,2 multiplier at all times in the Saiyan Arc, then Goku could just have used a KK*2 with Kamehameha on Vegeta(who can't control his BP and therefore maxes out at 18.000 ki blast or no ki blast) instead of going as far, as using KK*3, since:
16.000*2,2 = 35.538

So to me, Kamehameha being a multiplier of 2,2 is contradicted by what we are shown(not to mention, that I think bp multipliers of ki blast is ridiculous)
