I think you're the asshole that totally beat me out of the auction for it!

Yeah it's the entire series, Boo was never on the spine.

So do you guys think it was worth it? I just wanted the uncut manga, I can't even read it lol But at least I'll have it. And I have the whole thing on my computer translated (but hey, at least I "supported the official release"!) and plan on getting the VizBig later on. So... was this worth it for $220? What do you guys think? It was going for $110, but shipping from Japan doubled the price.

Wait a minute, is that the entire thing? It said the "entire" 42 volume, but... I don't see any Boo on the spine.
Of course it was worth it! That's a great purchase, man. 8)

I didn't beat anyone lol It was on the Buy Now option lol The only other one I saw got up to like a $400 bid. I was debating if I should get it for like 3 days. But if I "beat you out of it," I'm... sorry?

Thanks for putting my mind at ease over the spine art though.

Ah there must have been multiple sales on the item with the same stock photo. Whoops, sorry.

Just finished getting all of my eBay orders in the mail... :)

After a ton of searching, I managed to find a bunch of amazing guide/art books at great prices (about $20 per book). Shipping for everything altogether made that about 50% higher, but I still think everything was worth it. Great condition, too.

- Daizenshu #2: Story Guide
- Daizenshu #4: World Guide
- Daizenshu #6: Movies & TV Specials
- Daizenshu #7: DragonBall Encyclopedia
- Jump Anime Library Volume 1: Movie #12 Artbook
- Jump Anime Collection Volume 3: Movie #13 Artbook.

Daizenshu volumes six and seven both came with their original, rare, hard-to-find "Shen Long Times" mini newspapers, which are pictured at the bottom right of the image. Daizenshu seven also came with an old ad for "Dragon Ball: The Road to Being the Strongest," coming to theatres soon. Don't miss it! Daizenshu six came with its original obi strap, but it was really beat up and ripped, so I just put it away in my storage.

Now all I need are the three TV Animation volumes (I don't really need the Carddass volumes, but I'll buy them if the price is right) and I'll be all set!

To update, I just bought Dragon Ball VizBig Volume 1-5 for $72. I would have gotten it for about $53, but for some reason I wasn't able to update Amazon's shipping and handling to "Super Saver" even though four of the five were from the same seller. Oh well. At least they're brand new. I saw them on Ebay for $75 excluding shipping and handling (and I don't know if they were new) so seems like a good bargain. $10.30 for each ($11.30 for Volume 5) sounds like a pretty damn good price. Going to get the Z VizBigs next month when I don't have to worry about blowing up my credit card since I already killed too much money buying bottles at a club and just going out in general >_>

Bluray?
No, it's the regular version, I don't have Bluray player. They were sent to me by Goku's Corner, although I didn't redeem them or buy them. They just sent them to me which surprised me, perhaps extra inventory they wanted to get rid of  No complaints here :D

I just got this gem in the mail today:

My action figure collecting days are over but, I'm trying to collect these again, I had like 70% of them when I was a kid, but now I want to put them in some kind of a glass case or something and that be the end of my DragonBall figure/merchandise buying (besides DVD's).

On that note, any one looking to sell some Super Battle Collection figures?! :D

Yeah that was my problem too. But when I shopped around, I found that not including shipping, the price for this was a lot higher. I weighed my options and realized that $224 (including $114 shipping) was a decent price for this, original Japan, supposedly practically new, and it's not like these get printed every year, so it's pretty rare as far as I understand it. So I guess it's worth it. Now bought the VizBig Dragon Ball, so now I kinda have the different versions, the uncut original, and the edited, yet translated version, so I'm a huge leap closer to closure of this series :-)

So I just bought the Chinese ver@ion of it, shipped from... Japan, with the language description as being in Japanese? Ugh, nothing like feeling cheated. Oh well, as long as it's like the Japanese version with no censorship, I honestly don't mind. Still though...

Haha. Yeah, like kei17's trying to imply, Japanese uses Chinese characters too. They call them kanji.
