Do they still come with the cardboard slip cases? Or were they just for the first prints?
I'd just like to know as I'm about to order the first 4 sets to see what all this fuss is about

That and I'm scared if I don't do it now the discs will go OOP and I'll never see them again

Next to get; Leged of Saiyan figures and Freeza's force
If anyone sees
Any of the Legend of Saiyan line going cheapish
Or any other Banpresto DBZ figure
If anyone has a cooler steelbook dvd that wants to sell it (prefer new but used is fine) when/if the dragon box movies comes out contact me

I'm all excited to see the re-drawn scenes

I've also watched the new dub of Dragon Ball movie 1 and it's alright so I'm glad I shouldn't mind the new voice actors.

Think I'll leave them on for a trillion years and hope that they just fall off

I posted a brief "how-to" on removing them stickers, earlier. I learned this trick when I worked for a local used-games-and-movies store. Almost all the cases that came in had stickers on them. Anyway, I'll post the "how-to" again if anyone is interested.
Go to the store and get a nice little spray bottle of "Goo Gone". You can find it in with other cleaning bottles and stuff. Its a nice supply to have if you're a heavy DVD/Blu-Ray collector. Or for cleaning in general. It'll get gum out of carpet, ticky tac off of walls, or any other sticky residue. But I digress...Take off your slip case and set it aside. Douse the area around the sticker and let it sit for a while. 10 minutes will do. 30 minutes is easiest. Once the sticker has had enough time to soak up the oil, peel it off like any other sticker. Wipe the residue off with a towel and vualla. Clean, undamaged case. And because it is a very oily substance, it won't cause water damage to the cardboard. Just let it sit and dry up if the cardboard absorbs some of the liquid.
I've also used this for the stickers on my Dragon Boxes.

Wait, the stickers are on the actual cover?! Wow that's dumb, if they must advertise that Kai is the newest DBZ saga with new graphiczz then why not incorporate the text onto the actual cover, like in a quote on the front or something.

Why don't they wrap the darn thing in plastic and just put the sticker on that like the rest of the entertainment world? I mean, it's getting annoying.

I think the slip covers are intended to be thrown out.

Hey, is there anything you can substitute for that Goo Gone stuff? I don't think it's available where I live.

Honestly? Someone mentioned it in another thread.
Thing I do: Blowdryer. The heat will release the sticker from the Slipcase as your start pulling it off.
Fingers'll get hot though.

I'd leave the sticker on since the Blu-ray/DVD cover is the same under it and the stickers aren't like the local store type, they actually fit the cover but... the first one didn't have it (when it first came out and when I got it) so it wouldn't match up. So I remove those stupid things. I just peel them off and they come out pretty nicely. The trick is to do it little by little so no parts start ripping. That's the worst.
