Can somebody tell me how they re-animated Kai?

They only re-animated a few scenes for random episodes.

I can't find the section where they show the animation difference. Where is it on Kanzentai?
GT isn't bad, just sucks ass in comparison to the other 2 animes.

They really didn't seem to do anything besides retrace old cells. Occasionally they extended background paintings. But aside from the openings, endings, and eyecatches, there really isn't any new animation from scratch.
Do you follow the most comprehensive and entertaining Dragon Ball analysis series on YouTube? If you do, you're smart and awesome and fairly attractive. If not, see what all the fuss is about without even having to leave Kanzenshuu:

Episodes that have re-animated scenes have a section with comparisons.

I have to say I really liked the retraced cells. I would of really liked it if they did it for every episode for every scene instead of just random scenes for an episode.

Exactly! The show looked brand new-ish and if every single scene in every single episode, I would've believed it was new footage.
GT isn't bad, just sucks ass in comparison to the other 2 animes.
