Here you are.

So was the part where Freeza clenches his fist so hard that his palm starts bleeding cut out even in the 'UNCUT' version of Kai?

Oh, an it's worth noting that a good portion of Kid Vegeta's dialouge was re-recorded during Goku's hallucination, eg. "Everything we were survives now only in you."

No, that actually happens in the next episode...
As for kid Vegeta's line. I'll go back and check that out now and see.
Update: When I first read your post I thought I missed a line change. Now that I watched the scene again, I understand why you said "re-recorded". Yea, I'll make a note of it. Thanks for the heads up.

Does anyone know if Freeza does indeed say "Hey fats" in either the broadcast version or DVD versions?

He says "Hey fats" to the Grand Elder in the DVD version. It's not in the TV version.

God damn it. Episode 50 has that telepathic conversation between Kami and King Kai. I'd say about 75% of the dialogue in this whole scene is edited. There are so many edits in this scene I'm not going to do the typical word bubble thing. I'm just going to write it out like this...
This is only the very beginning of the scene. More to come!

"Kami: We'll be rescuing Tenshinhan and Yamcha as soon as possible."
W-why the does the uncut line sound
more edited? It's like they took a Toonzai version line and slipped it in the DVD. "Rescuing" Tenshinhan and Yamcha? From what? The "next dimension" where they're "trapped"?
Looks like another example of them switching the TV version line and the Uncut line.. yet again!...

After looking at your edits guide on Episode 48, I have noticed something. From my perspective, Goku's TV lines sound more like his character than the uncut lines. For example, He called Freeza "The scum of the universe" in the uncut version. It sounds like the script writers wanted to go back to that old "superman" route again. In the tv version he says, "You are nothing but evil". That sounds like something Goku would actually say.

^I certainly agree with the above about Goku's character. It seems more like him to only care about his friends that Freeza mangled than all those other innocents he knows nothing about.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
While on the topic of the edited\TV version lines getting mixed up. I'm almost certain this line too was a mix up...
Also, I should just throw this out there. Episode 50 probably won't be posted until Sunday night, maybe even Monday. There are just so many dialogue edits and I don't usually do these in one sitting anymore. Just to give you an example of how the Kami and Kaio telepathic conversation is going, this is page 3 of 4 of the dialogue changes. All these edits and we haven't even hit the commercial break yet!
It's not finalized yet, the look might change, also the line is there to separate the next bit of edited dialogue.

What? Viz's translation uses the exact same wording "That's enough... You
scum of the universe...", and Simmons' subtitles use "Enough is enough, you
scumbag!"
So, I'd say FUNimation's line is pretty accurate.

While he actually said "scum", what irked me is that he added in, "of the universe".
Reminded me of the "I am the hope of the universe" bullcrap.

I don't know why they need to censor "death", "die" or "kill" even if it's used in a passing sense or figure of speech. Especially since they allowed it earlier on the series.

4kids, listen
My American mind can't understand all this speech these characters are saying; please remove all text and just show the fighting. But no blood, I wouldn't want to scar myself for life.

I just finished comparing episode 50 (it will probably be up Sunday night or Monday afternoon) and noticed while watching the next episode preview that they edited the title for episode 51...
It's funny because in episode 50 we have Mr.Popo (in the TV version) saying:
"Mighty Shenron we wish to resurect all those who were killed by Freeza and his evil minions."
Sure, it's probably another case of the uncut\TV version lines getting mixed up. But they have said "death" and other variations of the word in the title before, they usually just change the title for the Toonzai version. This is the first time I've seen it happen on Nicktoons. I don't see how the word "resurect" could be worse than the word "death".
I don't know anymore.

When dealing with the BS&P, it comes down to who's dictating the edits to that episode on that particular day. Different people just think differently, or even if it was the same person, they could just be in a different mood that day. If not that, it could be a new thing that came down from the higher-ups. There's tons of reasons why this could've happened that are logical.
For a fun blast to the past, if you look at the original dub of the earlier DBZ episodes, the first 3 or 4 episodes mention death and such. These were later re-edited and dubbed slightly to remove mentions of people getting killed when it became apparently that 'chit got serious later on in the show. Roshi's 'I smell death in the air' line still rings in my head.
My favorite movie henchman is
Sancho.

To be fair, Nickelodeon HAS done hypocritical things in the past. On Invader Zim, the Keef episode, they're perfectly okay with Invader Zim "testing the conductivity" of his new friend, yet the idea of Keef falling into an electrical line was rejected because "kids might imitate it".
