Who i wish was the Norwegian Freeza

This is a Norwegian Actor, Helge Hjordal, and i think that his voice sounds abit like Ryusei Nakao, and, i took out a few lines from one of the movies he has voiced on, "Kaptein Sabeltann og Garbiels Skatt(Captain Sabertooth and Gabriel`s Treasure)", and synched it up to some footage with Freeza:

Do you think he could be Freeza? Remember that, here, he is not portraying a Freeza-like character here, but still, his voice sounds like Freeza.

I think that this voice would certainly fit Freeza's third form, maybe you should sync the audio with him in that state? But if that man is a good voice actor, he would probably change his voice to fit the rest of Freeza's forms.
