Oh my God. Jheese's scream when Goku punched him in the face. That was seriously one of the funniest things I've ever heard.

If anyone tapes these shows, please PLEASE get a sound byte of that punch.

"Jeice are you all right? Is it bleeding? Be careful or you'll stain your gloves!"

Thank GOD that retarded line was no where to be found in this version and that this version was closer to the original effect of close to no music and nothing but the sound of Goku punching Jeese and causing him to scream in pain.

..Although, as I've mentioned before, Mr. Sabat has difficulty actually pulling off a little thing I call "emotion" without making it sound so forced. The screams of pain were just..bad. x-x;

That was the first time anything Dragon Ball made me laugh out loud. First how he screamed and then just cried was hilarious.

So was last night's episode new, or was it a rerun of the first episode of season 3?

It was new. But it had stuff from that first ep from season 3 in it. And for you guys keeping count, another "damn" courtesy of Burter.

But what is the current count? I lost count during the middle of September (I think it was when Vegeta said "Damn, I lost my ball.").
I also go by "veemonjosh".

Well, I caught the 7:30 airing. I don't know what people were freaked out about - the commercials said "Dragon Ball Z Uncut" and the farmer had his ciggy.

All I know is that if they show episode 5 and the Princess Snake episode in its entirty, then the Steve Blum commersial wasn't false advertising. Concerning the swears, I stopped watching the redub at the point when Vegeta destroys the 4-Star Ball's Namekian vilage, and didn't care to watch anymore till the last two episodes. I do know that when it came to the Namek saga, Damn, Hell, Bastard, and Piss we're pulling out the stops and in their full zenki power. How all the redub episodes are gonna go by on toonami at a 7:30 PM timeslot unaltered is beyond me, I mean this isn't like the school night 10:30 slot, there WILL be parents complaigning if these eps are left untouched from the previous airing.

If you watch other CN shows during that time slot, you'll notice that they WILL be able to show the Princess Snake episode in it's entirety. It is possible that they will keep in at least a few of the swears, and there really isn't that much blood anywasys so they probably won't edit that out either.
