Curse of the Blood Rubies 4x3 Title Restoration

Post by Ashura » Thu Apr 21, 2011 2:24 am

Hi there.

In the process of my Harmony Gold restoration I restored the title animation for Curse of the Blood Rubies to its original 4x3 and ended up not using it in the end.

As you guys may or may not know, on the Funimation DVD they overlaid a big white frame over the Japanese title for whatever reason. Personally it doesn't bother me that much, and I have no real use for this bit of animation I fixed... but I know there's a bunch of fans who actually might be anal retentive enough to want to do their own fan edit that restores the original titling in 4x3. So I figured, what the heck, I'll throw this out there and make things easier on them. :)

What's in the following zip is a HuffyUV lossless avi for best quality, so you'll need to install it to play the small clip. Since it's lossless, the file size is like a couple hundred megabytes, but it's actually less than a minute long.

Anyway, here you go:

Or you could just rip it from the French DVD single.
