The great thing about the dollar is the conversion rate. So, for example $100 is “only” about £60. Which means of course I can splurge more on toys.

Yeah, the conversion rate has allowed me to pick up toys a lot cheaper.

It's been great! And terrible!

Not exactly Dragon Ball related, but I bought volumes 12-14 of DR. Slump, because Borders is trying to get rid of their stock. They were only $2 NZD each! (About $1.60 in the U.S). Unfortunately, everything Dragon Ball was full price.

Really? Holy potatoes, I'm there!

EDIT: Guess it's not in Australia... they're not on sale on border.com.au.

YEAH!!!!!!!!! YESSSSS YEAH YEAH! Got my special set of crane game HSCF set from Legendary117 in today. Superb detail, shipment arrived great and I got some nice figures. A total of 8 featuring SSJ Gohan, SSJ Majin Vegeta, SSJ Goku, Goku, SSJ Vegetto, Perfect Cell, Majin Buu, and SSJ Trunks. I'll definitely be keeping them MIB. Very glad to have gotten them and a big thanks goes out to Legendary 117, he personally saw to it that these got to me and they did.

Screw all your opinions! Trunks is the best! I just got him from an ebay auction for about $15 total....

...Just kidding about the "screw your opinions" thing :P.

I also got 3 cans of Super Saiyan Power Boost Energy Drinks. I got them with my previous purchases, but I put them in the fridge when I got them so I forgot to take pictures. I remember seeing Oldphan drink one of these and I can't wait to try it out. I'm waiting for one of my friends to come back from college so we can drink them together. Then the third will be for display purposes.

Oh man if the laws of physics that applied to Toy Story were real, my Vegetto would wipe the 'effin floor with your Trunks, lol. Nice catches on the drinks, I remember that Oldphan review too, tell us how it tastes! :P

They all came with the obi; I just removed them as they kept slipping off anyway.

Hahaha I don't blame you. Trunks is the only one of that line of figures that I would pay over $10 for. He looks so good! I'm a little gay for him right now . I can't wait to get the DX LoS version of him!

Bring it! Trunks aint no punk bitch. Wouldn't that be great if the laws of Toy Story applied with our figures? Except I havn't taken Trunks out of the box because he looks great in it. He would have a hard time getting out because the packagers tape the fu** out of those boxes though.

Speaking of boxes, my Goku & Gohan LoS figures had a huge box compared to my Goku & Bardock LoS figures box. I thought that was strange, but is that what everybody else has?

Yes, the boxes are larger for the Gohan & Goku, then they later shrunk it down a bit for the later figures. I'm not sure why they didn't just use an HQDX sized box...
