Interesting. The Yamamoto score returned in the Mandarin dub in Taiwan recently, so maybe Toei has brought up which pieces are infringing and decided to replace them only instead of the whole score.

Really?! That's awesome! I always thought the Yamamoto score was better than Kikuchi.

So have I. I was saddened to see the Yamamoto score gone in Toonzai and the Japanese version, but now that it's back, maybe there's still some hope for Yamamoto's score to survive.
So mondo lame.

It could be that they only temporarily took out the Yamamoto score and put in the Kikuchi score so they could buy themselves more time to figure out which pieces were infringed.
A "rather haggard" translation of a line from Future Gohan in DBZ, provided to FUNimation by Toei:
"To think of fighting that is this fun...so, it was pleasant fight, as many as, therefore is a feeling which is good the fight where."

Just to clarify some things, they replaced it with another Kai track, I'm watching the episode on my DVR as we speak to find the track.

..and replacing The Ebb and the Flow is now the track The Braveheart Challenges The Strong
GT isn't bad, just sucks ass in comparison to the other 2 animes.

I really wish this was the route they would have originally taken.

Today's rerun on Tokai TV still had the Kikuchi score. Seems like we have to wait yet more to verify Toei's decision.

According to the Toonzone forums episode 64 is scheduled to premiere on May 30th after a Kai marathon at 9 PM.

FINALLY!! I was hoping I'd still be alive by the time they started airing new ones.

Hmm, does anyone know if there are leaked episodes hidden away in Nicktoons.com like there was when before with he Trunks episodes? Not that I can't wait to see it but, I really want to confirm what we pretty much already know about the replacement music.

I checked and it's not up yet. Perhaps a month in advance is a bit too early.

Right now, Nicktoons has replaced the theme where Gohan, Krillin, and the others are flying to Freeza's arrival spot with another Kai theme. This is what they should've done in the first place.

You know what I find funny? They can't show Freeza being sliced in half on TV, but they can have it on the freakin' cover!
