I don't understand if you're trying to say "sold", "sailed" as in Toei would sail the Dragon Box movie masters to North America, or "salad", as in green, as in currency, as in US Dollars, as in more profit for FUNimation.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Funimation buying the extras from them and then including them on our Dragon Boxes would result in more saled and therefore more money to Toei in return.
*ahem*
Really hope this means they'll announce the Dragon Box movies, because I don't think I want the double features (not just the price of some, but I have grown to dislike the overblown colors, and I have most of the singles anyway) and would love to replace my current singles/double features with them.
I was thinking about picking up the few singles I needed to replace the couple of double features I own to have a consistent 4:3 movie collection, but I wouldn't care about aspect ratio consistency (in terms of all of the movies, since the Dragon Ball films were only released in 4:3 by FUNimation, and widescreen Z movies would take away that consistency), as long as I had the phenomenal Dragon Box versions of the films. I'll wait and see whether they release the movie boxes now that this tweet about a potential announcement has come to light.
