1. I think Kuririn became the strongest Earthling after he got his latent power released by the Great Elder, meaning he as a considerable lead on Tenshinhan, and remained the strongest until the Boo arc, where Tenshinhan surpassed with his training while Kuririn had stopped when he settled down with his family. Yamcha does say that Kuririn's the strongest among Earthlings, even aside from talking to Marron, and the last time he would've seen the both of them fighting at full power would be at the Cell Games, so that's where his basis would come from. No-one knows where Tenshinhan is and Yamcha may not know if Kuririn's even been training or not, so it's safe to say that Kuririn may not have kept his lead by the Boo arc.Kirby456 wrote:1. 3. Supreme Kai vs Piccolo.
2. Yamcha, because Chaozu's always been the weakest of the Earthlings. Even if he's been training while Yamcha may not have been, I don't think he would've closed the gap between them, especially when it's just training in the mountains, not any kind of special training like under a god or at high gravity - the kind of training that, even without plot device boosts, would boost your power immensely.
3. Kaioshin's stronger than Piccolo, and with his psychic powers (which he may not even need), he'd be able to defeat Piccolo. But considering that Kibito was considered trouble for Gohan at the tournament, yet couldn't even hold the Z-Sword that Gohan could hold and swing around (and that the common explanation for this is that Kibito's close to Gohan's power, but not in physical strength or whatever), I think Piccolo could at least put up a fight.
