The character models are from Budokai 2 in that picture, so it definitley is a fake.

Well, let me just point out of a few things here.

First of all, I am going to agree with Gotenx, those do look like models from Budokai 2. As well, one should not trust a French site to find out the latest information on Budokai, and if there were such information of a release (which is looking more closely to being non-existant,) it's far more likely that IGN, GameSpot, or the Atari website itself would have that news.
To conclude, it should be pretty obvious, based on the status bars. It's well known that the series is pretty consistent, with their bars. And all three games thus far have shared a similar looking bar, and that such a drastic change is unlikely, especially in a port (which would involve the game going back to the developers, and spending quite a few man hours to make the change, which is not financially sound.)

Oh, and also, as a rule of the forums, it's advised to use proper grammar. (Note: I am just mentioning, so the admins don't just at you later on. So no worries. :) )

If it IS real, it'd be really cool. I'd love a countdown before the fight starts; each with different camera angles. That would just be sweet.

If it is real the most it could be is the arcade game. The little 'coins' thing up in the top corner is proof to that.
