I'm fairly certain he didn't. The article said something akin to "*insert guys name I can't remember*, the guy who designed Broli and Vegeta's SS3 forms, did the art for Super Saiyan 3 Trunks' card.". I've been trying to track it down for a while now, but I can't remember where I saw it at.

Edit:
"So that we can find Super Saiyan Goten and Trunks, Super Saiyan 2 Teen Gohan, Super Saiyan 3 Gokû... and surprise, Super Saiyan 3 Trunks ! Chara-designer Tadayoshi Yamamuro created him specially for the game, like he has done both Vegeta and Broly"

Um...500,000. He was around 10,000 before he died, so multiply that by 50.

You know, with all this SSJ Bardock, SS3 Trunks, and Freeza's race stuff, I'd be ecstatic if this game got a US port.

That's about a month, maybe two, old. I made note of that 2-3 pages back from the official site, and I think Jaruka ripped it and hosted it on Youtube last page or so.

I still really like the commercials Heroes is chucking out, they're almost like mini OVAs.

Yeah, the commercials have been fun. A part of me is now wondering if the reason we aren't seeing more JSAT specials or a new full-on weekly series is because Toei's veteran animators just aren't available to handle such a task, but Yamamuro and a small team at TAP can handle of a minute of animation every once in a while.

Argh! One more Gôri recast, then. :(

Speaking of casting, I wonder who is voice Slug? Inada or his original actor? Hmmm...

I don't like Super Saiyan 3 Trunks... especially in that form. At least make it the Cell Games version! Or Super Saiyan Bardock, he was hella weak... no way he'd transform.

Though I would like to see Super Saiyan King Vegeta... for his beard. :D
I was Thanos before the MCU existed!

Just that it isn't canon, unlike SW EU.
It's always nice to have more characters/transformations in DB games, though.

I can roll with a SS Bardock and all since he pretty much knew the hair design already, but am I the only one who is tired of the B3 art style of characters?

I guess I'm just spoiled by the models from the past few 3D games.

Hmm. A beefed up "Spirit Of Saiyans" as an Ultimate? Thats cool, hella bad ass even, much better than a beefed up "Final Spirit Wave" or whatever Spike likes to call it (assuming that he'll be in Project Age 2011).
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

I'd rather they have given SS Bardock a completely new ultimate. I 'dislike' when a character just gets a stronger version of a previous move when they transform. *refers to adult Gohan and SS3 Vegeta*

I'm amazed that they're still using them. Serious, those things have been around since 2004 now, and yeah, they've had a few graphical updates, but come on guys....
The animation is still gorgeous though. :)
