Okay, I've been lagging on actually posting my Battle Powers here because I already did so on Neoseeker and I completely change them up so damn often that I don't feel like constantly doing it on two forums. But since I'm more or less happy with my levels at last I figure I'd post them here as well for the hell of it. This covers everything from the Son Gokū Arc in Dragon Ball to the end of the Boo Arc in Z. I'd post up my Movie levels as well but I've only done a few of them and I'm too lazy to get the rest of that done any time soon.

So yeah, let me know if there's anything you disagree with, etc.

Important: An explanation of Shouki and Yuuki
You'll probably notice a few instances of this in the list and may not know what I'm referring to. Basically, Akira Toriyama stated Ki is made up of spiritual power like Genki, Yuuki, and Shouki. The two important ones here are Shouki, which is being in one's right mind and Yuuki, which is bravery. When these drops as does one's overall Ki. A more detailed explanation from Herms as well as the Akira Toriyama quote in question can be found here.

You can see this concept in action most blatantly in Dragon Ball Movie 3 and in the Freeza Arc. In the former, Son Gokū gets thrashed by Tao Pai Pai and is advised by Karin-sama that he lost because he was blinded by his rage at Tao Pai Pai murdering Bora. Right before he begins a rematch, Arale and co jump in and being making a total mockery of Tao Pai Pai. Gokū and Tao Pai Pai fight and now Tao Pai Pai is helpless instead of Gokū due to Gokū's Shouki returning to its full extent and Tao Pai Pai's dropping.

Another great, canon example is Ginyu taking over the body of Gokū who has a Battle Power of 90,000. Ginyu's Ki plummets to 23,000 and likely even lower because with Ginyu lacks Gokū's character and thus his Shouki completely drops, making him an opponent Kuririn and Gohan can easily beat up. Yuuki/bravery has the same effects on Ki as well. In the Anime filler of Gohan's fight with Gotenks-Boo, they are almost even until Gotenks-Boo begins playing mind games and causing an increasing drop in Gohan's Yuuki. So if you see either of these two terms in the list, this is what I am talking about.

As I've said a bunch of times, I don't agree with the: Evil Buu < Gohan < Goku < Pure Buu chain, but since we've already gone over that so many times, I don't think there's any point in doing it again.

I have Vegeta stronger than Gokū in the Boo Arc because they were even in their battle, and since Vegeta was pretty much bullshitting himself about who he was at that point, etc I believe he was weaker than he normally would have been due to the drop in Shouki. Well, that and I feel sorry for him.

I'd put him farther ahead but there's the whole problem of Vegeta saying SSjin 2 Gokū was stronger than the Enraged Gohan that killed Cell, and Piccolo having trouble telling if Vegeta was stronger than that Gohan. Then again, considering that gag where he thinks Base Gotenks is on par with an opponent that is on par with his SSjin 3, it's kind of hard to take Boo Arc Piccolo seriously.

On the issue of my list, I agree I'm going to lower the Rabbit mobsters. Id place Mr Satan around 7 stronger then the average tournament fighter who was 5.23-6.34 but way under Initial Goku, the same goes for Videl id rank her up at 9 and Initial Goku Pilaf Saga at 18, So Goku creams both. Thanks man!. Nice job on your awesome list to. Definitely a ton better then mying. I dont see how your a Kid Goku fanboy though.

Regarding your list, I don't think there was anything that implied Roshi trained for the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai. He kind of just sat around and continued to do nothing. Also #8 was stated to be stronger than Gokū IIRC. Other than that, that's a great list.

IMO your numbers may be a bit big but you'll probably be able to pull off the rest without changing anything. Mine are just really, really low in the beginning parts because I worked backwards from the manga stated levels and started seriously running out of room eventually. IMHO the best approach is to just get all of the important ones done first (all of the Gokū's, Piccolo Daimao, etc) so that you know you've got a basic skeleton done, then just fit all the other numbers in somewhere. Just my opinion though.

Yep, pretty much. I remember in the old days when I wasn't active in Dragonball fandom (not that I'm that active now days) characters' strength and whatnot are pretty much set in stone. But in the last years everybody start over analyzing the story and make shit up which in my own opinion is ridiculous. I mean, no one in their right mind would say Gohan is stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku but today there is the trend to say those who doesn't believe in such thing are wrong, retard and whatever.

You complain about an apparent trend, where those who disagree with Gohan being stronger than Goku are considered wrong and retards by people, who "over analyze the story and make shit up."

But how are you any better than those people, when your own opinion is that "no one in their right mind would say Gohan is stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku."

Awesome list, man. I disagree about General Blue as he should be weaker IMO since Kuririn had an advantage over him until he used paralysis and Son Goku just roflstomped him. Also Kuririn trained with Muten Roshi while Yamucha just faffed around in the woods for a month. The only reason Kuririn lost so horribly to Dracula Man is because he got his blood sucked. Kuririn should be a good deal stronger than Yamucha still. Just my opinion though. Good luck with the rest of your list!

Thanks dude!. Well as of Krillin Vs Blue i believe Blue > Krillin since Blue seemed to be dominating then Krillin hit him in the nose. Blue got mad and wanted to make him suffer which lead to him using his paralysis, ill re change Yamcha > Krillin though.

Good job on your list. I think you have Cymbal and Tambourine way too close together as both Piccolo Daimao and the Daizenshuu say Tambourine is many times stronger than Cymbal. It's likely Goku wasn't fighting for real against Yajirobe, since when he fought Tambourine Yajirobe freaked out. Also the Anime implies Tambourine > Yajirobe. Just my opinion though.

Plus Yajirobe seemed unimpressed with Tambourine i have Tambourine at 166 and Cymbal at 148 i alos believe Tien was stronger then King Piccolo young at the 23rd budokai.
