I see what you're getting it. Perhaps I'm merely blasé to it. Rocketman's been the resident ChiChi commentary for so many years that I've come to accept it as one of the forum's nuances. I'm kinda like that with Goten, just not quite as vocal. ;pShadowDude112 wrote:But my problem is he never stops talking about it. I get why he's mad but he keeps going on and on about it. On another note, hurray for Freeza's father transforming. I just knew that he had it in 'I'm.

Y'know, considering he said "I can't stay in this restricted form", I wonder if he's going straight to his final, non-restricted form, or will fight in 'long-head-form' first.
Usually goes by "Kevtrev" elsewhere online.

My feeling is that it will be a straight jump, if only because it would probably be easier to draw. I hope that I'm wrong, though. The third form has always been my favorite, if only because we see so little of it.

So, just because Frieza's first transformation looks nearly identical to King Cold's first form, that automatically means that King Cold's next form looks identical to Frieza's second form?

He probably learned it from watching his daddy, and was able to more effectively master a stable form by copying a pre-existing one.
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
My main inquiry is why their transformations look so similar while Cooler's transformations look completely different, I figure there isn't a logical reason but it has always struck my mind here and there.

Freeza can't die in this
Hmm... I don't like Videl, why couldn't Tenshinhan draw the sword? I like him better and it would make more sense.
Though, I hate in many fanfics how Freeza gets the shaft too. Why couldn't he get stronger like the good guys?
Well anyways, we'll see how this turns out.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
I have a feeling that Cold might win this. I had some skepticism before I knew he was going to transform. I'll just bring power levels into this for a second and say, if Freeza's second form was over one million (I think it's between one and five) and his 100% strength was 120 mil, that would mean Freeza multiplied his strength by 24 to 120. Cold should be the same way, right? If you take that in mind, if you multiplied Cold's strength by say, even 10, he should easily be able to beat Videl. If that follows through, Cold might be a powerful participant in this tournament.

In this case, the multiverse Freeza could be much stronger. Lets say GT, they had kept their bodies in filler stuff so then if that is the case, they could get stronger.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
It's possible. But do you really think Frieza is one of those people who would train to get stronger? Hell no! He thinks he's the strongest in the universe and doesn't give a fuck how strong he is, as long as he's on top, he doesn't care. He wouldn't train, he's an arrogant prick. He'll fight with his natural born strength and that's about it.Attitudefan wrote:In this case, the multiverse Freeza could be much stronger. True. But seeing as he has been beaten, I think he may change his mind

They could. Cooler didn't seem any stronger than his Movie self though, so, we'll have to wait and see if Frieza is any differentAttitudefan wrote:They could make him more powerful than normal (see Videl)

Chichi would be as old as Krillin... It would not be impossible for her to be very strong, but odds are that she retired long ago.Li'l Lemmy wrote:I can understand his frustration. Freeza is not the type to train. Like Draba.Attitudefan wrote:In this case, the multiverse Freeza could be much stronger. Lets say GT, they had kept their bodies in filler stuff so then if that is the case, they could get stronger.
Check this page:

I don't believe that Cold is stronger than Freeza, even in his true form.funrush wrote:I have a feeling that Cold might win this. I had some skepticism before I knew he was going to transform. That would be incoherent with the manga because Cold, in the manga, didn't transform against the man who killed Freeza (Trunks). Which leaves two logical options:
A) Cold didn't have any other transformation but he believed that he would beat Trunks if he could take his sword, since his sword was the only reason why he was able to defeat Freeza, like he stated;
B) he had one or more transformations left but since Freeza wasn't able to beat Trunks and Cold isn't stronger than Freeza, he wouldn't be able to defeat Trunks, even if he used those transformations. However, he also believed that Trunk's sword was the only reason why he was able to defeat Freeza, like he stated, so he believed he would be able to beat Trunks, even without his transformations, if he could take his sword from him.
Since Cold is considered to be in a restricted form when he faced Trunks in DBM, that means that the most logical scenario would be scenario B).

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
True, but Coola also has the ability to control and sense ki in a way that Freeza and Cold do not. This leads me to believe he went off on his own at some point, mastered the ability to maintain his "true form", and then developed an even stronger form; one which Freeza and Cold have not achieved.Rostir wrote:My main inquiry is why their transformations look so similar while Cooler's transformations look completely different, I figure there isn't a logical reason but it has always struck my mind here and there.

So they already set it up so Freeza is going to be an easy defeat... That's too bad. He was my favourite villain.Freeza is not the type to train. Like Draba.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Scenario B is mostly what I was thinking. I was thinking that Cold had the transformations and possibly even knew he could beat Trunks if he used them but he didn't think far ahead enough and just relied on the belief that Trunks' power came from his sword.rereboy wrote:I don't believe that Cold is stronger than Freeza, even in his true form.funrush wrote:I have a feeling that Cold might win this. Not exactly. Chances are he'll be able to handle Nappa if he isn't a Super Saiyan next round but that'll probably be as far as he goes. Goku would likely defeat 17 and then fight/defeat Freeza.Attitudefan wrote:So they already set it up so Freeza is going to be an easy defeat... That's too bad. He was my favourite villain.
