As you can see it's for the 3 CD BGM Collection, but it's pretty ridiculously cheap. I really want it, but not if it's a bootleg. So, is this an eBay seller giving a fantastic price, or is it probably just a bootleg? Is anyone experiened in buying these from eBay, or particularly from this seller?

I wouldn't risk it.
If you want the BGM collection, it's available on Amazon US as an import item. Not cheap, but at least it's guaranteed to be the real deal.
