"Chikara o Koete" by Rei

It's been a long time since I've posted here, but I'm stuck and figured this would be the best place to go to get some help. In short; Does anyone have any information on Rei? I have loved "Chikara o Koete" for many, many years, but have never been able to find anything about them or any other music they have made.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be very grateful!

That is most certainly the same guy. Thank you so very, very much! You have no idea how grateful I am to finally know who the guy is and, hopefully, have the opportunity to buy his music. I'm a disgustingly huge fan of Queen and Todd Rundgren, and this guy sounds like a crazy mishmash of the two. It's good to know that one track wasn't a fluke!
