I guess I think Gohan and Lime would have been cute. On a more cliche' note Goten and Trunks. Not that I'm particularly invested in any sort of made up relationship between these characters or anything.

Guys, either actually contribute to the thread, or just ignore it if you don't think it's worth your time. But don't make pointless or inane posts just for the sake of mockery.

Anyway, "shipping" is obviously most prominent in things like fanfiction, and my GTR is no exception. Though apparently my currently early-stages pairing up of Trunks and Marron by default is not as unique as I thought

I my favorite couple (and forever will be) is Goku and Chichi but the idea of Goku and Snow (or is it Sno? I can't remember) intrigues me. She was such a sweet girl and if Goku had to marry her instead of Chichi, she probably would have been a much more chilled wife. Then again Chichi was also a sweet girl before she married Goku, maybe he just has a way of turning women into over bearing maniacs. (Not knocking on Chichi or anything, just making an observation).

I love the pairing of Trunks and Marron. I remember way back when I wanted to write a humorous fanfiction or draw fancomic about those two. I can't remember exactly what I had planed but I think Marron was going to have a huge crush on Trunks but he didn't really pay much attention to her. He was too little lazy and aloof to notice her attempts at flirting. Marron's innocent crush goes up to the level of stalkery as she tries to get a job at Caspule Corp. in other to stay close to Trunks. There she competes with Trunk's secretary who she thinks is trying to win his affection. I know one thing for sure, Android 18 would encourage her daughter to marry him because he was rich.

As Kaboom said in the chat, I like Trunks x Marron solely because if they get married that'll make Krillin and Vegeta related.

I dunno, if Trunks cares about women as much as his father does, he's possibly completely asexual!

I dunno I've always found shipping to be a bit nonsensical, but unlikely shippings kind of work in the respect of the series since pretty much every pairing in the series tends to not make much sense outside of Chichi x Goku.

I dunno, Videl was pretty much exclusively created to be Gohan's wife to be honest. Don't think that was the case with Chichi, Bulma, or 18 with their husbands. Chichi was forgotten about and was more of a joke character in introduction.

What does any of that have to do with "they make sense as a pairing"? We at least see Gohan and Videl's relationship emerge and develop. It makes more sense than any other pairing did.

I'm kind of referring to odd pairings in the series.

I don't think there is anything odd about Videl and Gohan hooking up.
