I've begun working on more of my condensed version of the original Dragon Ball TV series.

I know full episodes are a no-no, but how about clips?

I've considered that, and eventually I'll get around to uploading clips, I'm almost done with school so as soon as June 16th comes (the day after the last day) I'll be free to work on the episodes (along with my other summer plans, ofcourse)

The sound effects in the first 15 seconds sound off sync, or too loud, like when Gohan goes super saiyan and then jumps.

My Dragon Ball Shunshinchu (a condensed version of DB TV) has fifteen episodes thus far, and it reaches the end of the 21st Tenkaichi Budoukai. I'm most proud of ep 15.

I'm interested in this, very much so because it's hard for me to go back to watching the original series after seeing how good Kai is with the filler cut and the pace being faster, what kind of visual editing are you doing to the footage?

Can I see a clip or two? I'd love to see Goku and Jackie Chun's fight Kai'd.

It's not like I tweak the footage, I just cut and paste to fit the manga better. I didn't do much editing to Goku vs Jackie Chun.

Okay, while that sounds interesting, I'd highly doubt that what your doing really exist. I haven't seen it on your website, nor have you even mentioned it on your website. Please show us a video to prove that your the real deal.

P.S. I'm not flaming you. I just want to see what your working on.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately, I need to buy a new Windows 7 disc for my laptop which means redownloading everything blah blah blah.

Okay since my last update I've teamed up with YouTube's AniNation and MrDBUltimate for the Buu saga. We decided to use the English dub then a full redub but that failed so I came up with a decent idea. Keep the English Dub and redub characters for whoever does an excellent audition (I believe we got LordCrehavos for Narrator and another person for Piccolo; I forgot who did Dabura but these for sure will be recasted as they sound incredible) and throw in some videogame voice clips here and there.

I'm also looking for animators who can reanimate scenes and animate storyboards I am making for new clips in the intro instead of just using reused footage that sticks out way to easily. Now that atleast 3 video editors are on the task using DBOX footage, episodes can come out quicker. And yes we are using the Yamamoto score. Hopefully I can get my hands on some unreleased Yamamoto scores and maybe use some of his videogame tracks. I hope I can get a few more video editors or animators on board.

Basically for the 'remastering' footage I'm adding a few filters such as Noise Removal, a touch of Brightness & Contrast and a pinch of Sharpen. If anyone else has any more suggestions for filters/effects to use to enhance the quality lemme know.

If you wanna be a video editor make a YouTube video showing your editing skills. But avoid Movie Maker, I'm aiming for people who use Sony Vegas, Pinnacle Studios, Adobe Elements/Premiere, FinalCut, etc. If you do wanna audition for video editor try to enhance the quality.

For storyboards for the intro I'm basically including scenes of Goten and Trunks, Dabura VS Gohan, Majin Vegeta VS Goku etc. I'm still using Dragon Soul for the song.

I also wanna Kai-fy the movies & special using the same methods mentioned above with the English dub, redubbed voices of certain characters mixed in with videogame voice clips, etc.

That's all I pretty much have to say, :)

I couldn't do new animation, but I could definitely reanimate scenes for an intro.

But the intro would be new animation..actual scenes in the show would be reanimated like how it was in Kai- most of the time traced over but unlike Kai I want some depth and fluid between frames in the reanimated scenes.

Update guys! I know it's been awhile but I'm gonna let you guys start asking questions for what music placements of the Yamamoto score will be placed in what fights/scenes since I'm planning that now. Also for what filler will be kept and which will not make it in the cut. And The Project now has a BUDGET to make sure it won't be left behind! I'll get the first 13 episodes completed and released by January-February, and for once I'm CERTAIN.

Won't break any promises this time guys!

Also I'm looking for someone good with photoshop (or digital drawing media in general) who can mimick the Kai intro style so I can have freshly new animated scenes in the Dragon Soul intro!

I'm sorry, but you won't get anyone to do new animation for free. You just won't. And if they do, it's going to look like shit, most likely.

I was gonna pay someone $5 for every 5 seconds of new animation; I already got the storyboards ready for how they're supposed to look.

Where the fuck are you getting this kind of money? $60 a minute?! Aren't you like, my age?
EDIT Now that I think about it, if it's just in-between frames and such, or just a theme song, it's not as bad.

So how are you asking us about the filler you keep/cut? I've got all the manga and episodes at my disposal, so I can offer my opinion on what is kept/cut, but you should post a general outline of the flow of each episode.

This will probably also be easier after you release an episode or two, and we get an idea of the general flow of the series.

Look forward to the project as usual. Good luck man!
