Questions about FUNimation DBZ Movie Blu-ray

Does anyone know whether the wordings on the title screen, opening, and ending songs are Japanese or English?

All only contain FUNimation's title card and credits. The only release I'm aware of that contains both is the DVD of the Burdock/Trunks Double Feature.
